Aaron did two bathroom remodels for us and I couldn't be more pleased. It's refreshing to find someone who does what they say they're going to do and not have issues and problems to get resolved. Now I wish I could just find an electrician as reliable as Edwards Plumbing is.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

I am glad you all had good experiences with the company. I ran into a serious problem where the water had to be turned off to my home. They were busy and I understand that, but they could have called and given me updates if there was a possibility of someone making it to my home to help us. Never heard from them again. That's all...

They have lost us as a customer. Our RO system made a prolonged vibrating/draining noise. We called the company and they sent out a technician to take a look at it for $200 a visit which is fine since it was a noise we've NEVER had with our 5 year system and they were forthcoming with the price of the visit. The guy we spoke to on the phone (Matt) said it wasn't normal for that noise to occur for 40 minutes. The technician came and said that he read the report and that the noise was normal. He didn't look under the sink, he didn't open the sink cabinet, he didn't even turn on the faucet to run the water. I asked him multiple questions including the 40 minute noise time which Matt on the phone seemed concerned about, but the technician said that refilling the tank could take up to 2 hours so the noise was normal. We explained to him that when the noise occurred, the tank was full. He dismissed it. My husband asked him to run diagnostics while he was here but he said that because we had turned off the tank and turned it back on and the noise went away that that in itself was diagnostic.

The tech was obviously NOT going to be inspecting the unit at this visit so we paid the $200 for the visit, I signed the credit card payment and the section saying that he came out to visit (what the tech told me I was signing). I called the company after he left to complain about the lack of diagnostic work and was met with we have the documentation that you signed that said that he checked out the whole system and I read all his notes on his inspection of your system- that he checked the lines, and the auto shut off valve and everything was normal. Total lies. He wasn't even within 3 feet of the sink. My question is if this was all normal then couldn't the company have told us this over the phone when we called, especially if the diagnostic was to shut off the system and turn it back on?

I appreciate that they back up their employees but Matt just hid behind the line well we have your signature on the tech's notes- so basically saying that we have no footing to file any complaints.

If anyone goes with this company, I suggest you video record the entire service so that you have physical documentation on the work that was or wasn't done. We will be looking for another company to service our water filter system since our warranty has expired anyway.

I've never had such horrible customer service and lying on a service report.

We had a difficult schedule with juggling several different contractors on a big job in our kitchen. The plumbers from Greensboro Plumbing and Heating were flexible and worked around and between the other contractors. Once they were here, they were friendly and curteous and VERY competent!

I use Williams Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to service my HVAC system and they've always done a great job. So, when I had a plumbing issue I gave them a call. They had a technician visit my house the next day. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He found the leak, quoted me a reasonable price to make the necessary repairs, and then went to work. I was very happy with the service I received and will continue to use Williams to service my HVAC, and for any future plumbing needs.

I'm certain I will not be calling any other company when it comes to my well pump and plumbing needs. Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Plumber 24/7 is a reliable business. Their guy fixed several leaking faucets in my house. He showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. In terms of price, he didn't charge me as much as other plumbing businesses said they would. Reliable and professional. I recommend this business to everyone. Exceptional service!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.
