Our gas hot water heater stopped working on a Sunday morning and the pilot light would not relight we called this company and they responded very quick the technician was able to fix the issue very quickly he was very knowledgeable and explained the issue. So my main breaker blew out and I called Aurora to come out and take a look. They showed up the next day and the two gentlemen that came out were so professional and prompt that I decided to get more quotes on other repairs. Johnathan, Franklin, Mike, and Torey came out and gave me quotes for the electrical, plumbing, roofing, and gutters. Ultimately I've decided to go with them for all of those services because of how easy the process was to be financed and explained.

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!
