A drip leak developed in a shutoff valve on the cold water side of a 23 year old bathroom sink. Carl, the Coretech representative who arrived was professional, courteous and an excellent communicator. Carl changed out the problem valve then suggested we change out the old hot water valve even though there was no problem with it. He explained how it would eventually develop a spontaneous leak as the other one had. I agreed that would be a wise thing to do. Carl then told me that I may eventually have a problem with one or both of the old water supply lines leading from the valves to the faucet but suggested that could wait for now. Now, here is why Coretech Plumbing Services is best in class: The next morning I was on the phone with Coretech asking them to come back because there was water on the floor. It wasn't from the replaced valves, it was from one of the two water lines. Carl returned that day to investigate. Out of his truck, he had two new water supply lines in his hand. Rather than simply tightening the water line connection nut, he replaced both the hot and cold lines. After confirming no further leaks, he began to leave for his next appointment. When questioned about payment for his services or extra parts, he said no charge, I should have replace them yesterday. He further showed me how the original water lines were improperly installed 23 years ago. I was shocked! So I gave him a couple slices of my wife's freshly made spice cake with salted caramel icing. Coretech is my go to plumbing services company. They should be yours too!

Honestly would take all day to write how pleased I am with Stanley & Son. My water pump & pressure tank both went out on a Sunday morning, called Stanley & Son that day they immediately got back to me. $254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Im sorry you disagree with us in not being able to replace the disposal, you have a home warranty company that will not paid for a disposal unless is bad, in your case the disposal was working good but it is a basic model and it loud, however we tried to get it approved and they denied base on the disposal working in a good condition.
The service fee as stated in your contract must be paid at the time of each visit, and that is for the home warranty company not for us, we don't get paid unless we fix it, but in your cases it was nothing to be fixed so we lost that 45 minutes we service your home.
We will recommend you to get a different warranty company.
