No call and no show. Even after their appointment service called to confirm our appointment at 5pm. Waited until 7pm and found another HVAC company that actually keep it's committment.

Tommy just left the house after doing incredibly efficient work on a Sunday night working on our air conditioner that broke during the rain storm. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly while keeping the noise to a minimum while the baby slept. I’d recommend Williams heating and air to anyone looking for people who know what they’re doing. Can’t say enough good things about Tommy who took care to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Now we’re enjoying cool air instead of sweating through the night.

So these wonderful professionals just left, they installed two toilets and were in and out in about an hour. They were quiet and quick didn’t even know they were working. Call them for all your plumbing needs.!!!

TW Stanley was able to replace my well pump when I called with a last minute issue. Luckily they were able to fit me in their schedule that same day. They came to my house, were very professional and overly kind. He explained to me what was going on and what his plan was to fix it, and did a great job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call them with any other issues in the future. They used high quality products so I know the work they did will last. $254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

Referred by my homeowner's warranty company. Very difficult trying to get an appointment scheduled, but I was told my disposal would either be repaired or replaced in less than 30 minutes so I could leave for work on time. After arriving late, technician spent 3 minutes looking at disposal, then told me it worked fine. I disagreed, showing him it just spun things around. He opened the cabinet underneath, looked at the outer components, then told me again it was in good condition, and I owed him my deductible. I tried to explain I wasn't happy with the appliance and I wanted it replaced like I was told over the phone. He repeated I needed to pay him. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, apparent technical ability, and certainly customer service! I do not recommend this company.
