Rey and his assistant were early, and assessed my whole-home Plumbing needs and provided an estimate for me before starting anything. They were professional, cleaned up when they finished, and answered any questions I asked. The job was well done! All round good experience!

Came home from vacation to find there was no water in the house. Called about 6pm and they quickly came from Guilford County to Rockingham. I had a well pump and pressure tank damaged by lightning and they stayed until I had water (12:30am!). They could have easily said that they could not come until the morning, but they didn't. This is a wonderful family business and I highly recommend them. Totally satisfied with their service.

We had an appointment and waited all day for these folks to come but they never did. They did not have the courtesy to contact us either. The next day my husband called to get an explanation. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, he rescheduled the following week. Plumbers were to come after lunch. Once again no show; no call - nothing! We are done with this. business and would not recommend them at all.

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

I have been impressed with there service. A very timely response to my emergency. The emergency happened late in the day. The repair was completed and my family was able to have the water restored to the house.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
