Aaron did two bathroom remodels for us and I couldn't be more pleased. It's refreshing to find someone who does what they say they're going to do and not have issues and problems to get resolved. Now I wish I could just find an electrician as reliable as Edwards Plumbing is.

And Coretech Plumbing is always my go-to plumbers, and they always show up on time and they compete the work in a timely and professional fashion. Chris and his guys are very pofessional, knowledge and they always clean up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of plumbing work done at a fair price.

Called Jay to get a quote for install of new hot water heater, and instead of providing quote FIRST, he started work (without permission) draining old water heater. When I called him back (again) to get an estimate, he quoted 80% more than nearby plumber.
When he asked me if he could charge me a service call for work already begun (but never authorized), I answered 'no' and he hung up on me & left my tenant with no hot water.
Also, my tenant said he was rude to her in-person. Would NOT recommend!

I received awesome customer service from Williams Plumbing. The technicians were well informed and worked efficiently to resolve my issues with my ac, and explained it to me In detail. I also signed up for the service contract based on this experience. They call before they plan to arrive and adjusted their schedule to accommodate my work schedule. We have used this company for two repairs, a shower drain, and issues with our AC unit leaking. Both times the technicians were very professional and explained all issues and repair options very thoroughly. Today Joel came out to fix a leak in our AC unit and he was very nice and professional. He even gave my little nephew a keychain flashlight to play with. Would def recommend.

This company is the worst and if you get them be prepared for being over charged. They will take advantage of any and every moment and will not put anything is writing for you. Everything is done with a hand shake or I gotcha! The owner is a rude person and the tech will do the job but won't follow through with any paperwork. Happy Birthday by the way Charging me 400.00 dollars for a pan that was less than 20 dollars. You also lied about the logs as if you turned them on and didn't do that either. I also watched you from my camera didn't even flush the tank like you said you did. I just hope your son don't follow these qualities.

Great customer service! I lost water a month into me moving into my house, after having my well inspected before move in. The son of the owner came out and replaced the well pump at 9:30pm which took them approx 3-3 1/2 hours as my well was 360 ft down. I had water that night. After changing the filter, we somehow lost water again but it was likely my fault because the filter canister lever was turned the wrong way. The owner and son came out and double checked my pressure tank, in case that burned out when the well went bad.The owner spent a ton of time educating me on the pressure dials as this is our first well. I have a problem with hardness as well so he offered to take a sample today and get back to me on a price for a softening system. I plan to hire him for that system as well. So far this company has INTEGRITY as far as I'm concerned.

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

Travis and his crew are some of the best contractors I’ve worked with. They do QUALITY works at a very fair price and if he tells you he will do something, he’s going to do it. Helped me with some water heater issues and made sure to clean up after. Great guys and would give more stars if i could!
