The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

If possible would give ZERO stars. Multiple issues and request to talk to the owner have been completely ignore. His grandmother would be ashamed. Signed up for their annual package, never was contacted and once pressed asked for a refund just ignored the request and put a new date to begin. Quoted my wife to install gas water heater, quote was wrong, hundreds of dollars on what it could have been done for, mislead her totally. Install job was done incorrectly. Avoid doing business with this company totally.

In from Texas, visiting parents in North Carolina. They began to have an issue with their well water. Searching for a repair - came across his number. Upon calling Teal answered and guided us through troubleshooting. In the past my parents used other companies who wouldn’t even discuss their issue with out having to come out and charge exuberant fees without even working on anything! Teal took the time to listen and WALKED us through everything. Even when our issue required us to call him back numerous times he always answered and always provided us with advice (which was dead on mind you). If you are in need of well service I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND you utilize his services. He has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and very service oriented far beyond “just making a buck”. It is refreshing to have had his expertise and knowledge so available to us. He didn’t have to do that and most would not. After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

If you need a FULL inspection of your septic system, make sure you find out what that entails. During the purchase of our new home Driggers was requested to do an inspection of the septic system to make sure everything was working before closing. They pumped and inspected the tank. After moving in we had issues with a blockage causing backup into the yard. When we called Driggers, we were immediately told that the county must be called and there was nothing that they could do. We called another septic company about the issue we were having. They told me that they would come pump the tank and determine if the issue was something that could be fixed without notifying the county first to try and save me some money and headache. They went above and beyond with customer service not only that, they actually FIXED our issue. The inspection we got from Driggers was a waste of time not to mention DEFINITELY NOT worth the $500 we had to pay. When I inquired about the inspection process of the second company that we called, their inspection was much more in depth for a minimal amount more. Wish I had called them first.
