James came to my house yesterday (3/10) to find the source of a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He did a great job of identifying the problem, explaining how he was fixing it, and waiting for about 15 minutes after he fixed it to make sure the leak had stopped. He told me how to prevent the problem in the future by being sure the toilet cut off valve is either completely closed or completely open, but not halfway open. He offered to come back and redo it if I had any further problems. And what he charged me was very reasonable.

This family-owned company is a rare find! Teal, his son, and his great-nephew came out to diagnose my well issue and did not leave until it was repaired. These men are professional, so very kind, and truly care about their customers and the quality of their work! Everything that took place was explained to me and an estimate of the costs was discussed prior to the work being done. I can't express my gratitude to them enough, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and talented men to perform repairs on your well!

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

We have had the plumbing services of the plumbing firm, three times . First time to replace water pipe from the meter to the home, short pipe and fittings. At the home and done in an hour. Second time was to replace an ice maker line, not only did they replace the line, but also brought our plumbing up to code. All during the holiday season at 7pm The third time was to replace our 16 year old hot water heater and reduce the water pressure, as always Justin did and excellent job, courteous and professional! l highly recommend the plumbing firm for your plumbing needs! After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

In the coldest time of the year our well pump kicked off. We called Gabriel and he knew what the problem was in seconds. It was fixed in a matter of hours. Defiantly recommend them.

Needed my water heater replaced. They came out did and estimate and got it replaced same day. Did amazing work and looks better than before. Its even up to code which im happy about. Great price and great service. Everybody was nice and helpful.

July 21, 2023: Brandon and Sam took care of our AC unit, answered my questions, and were respectful of us and our pets. Thank you, see you in 6 months for the next cleaning!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
