I purchased a new townhome with ARS HVAC Equipment installed. I have had three instances to need warranty service. One no show after waiting ALL day. When the tech arrived at a later date he was sharp. Next service was OK. Current call for service was a NO SHOW again. No AC and NO response. NOT impressed! Tech was late again so I called the dispatcher to request assistance. She advised he was late due to responding to an emergency. I thought that odd, because my AC not working seemed like an emergency to me. Tech was ok. He found the power supply to outside compressor fell off. This is the second repair for brand new equipment that seems like slack installation.

Richard was able to answer all my questions..He was very respectful...I think he is a gem to the company...

Jacob recently serviced our air conditioning unit. He was very polite and professional. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He told us specifically what he was doing as he serviced the unit.We are extremely pleased with the service we receive, both plumbing service and HVAC. We are 100% satisfied.

Had a plumbing emergency after hours at a business. They came out quickly and were efficient and affordable. The owner and assistant Joseph were great. I would highly recommend them and I will be calling them for all my needs commercial and residential.

Exercise caution when dealing with this company as their practices can be quite deceptive. Upon requesting their service, a technician arrived and inquired about the issue. In response to my mention of a possible leak, the technician promptly quoted a price of $400+ just to identify the issue. Interestingly, this assessment was made without conducting any actual inspection. The entire process could have been completed over the phone.

Initially, when scheduling the appointment over the phone, we were informed of a $80 visitation fee, which we assumed would encompass a certain level of inspection. Contrary to our expectations, the technician arrived and insisted that we pay $80 plus tax merely for his travel to our location. Surprisingly, he emphasized that the fee was warranted due to an alleged one-hour drive to our premises.

The situation left us baffled, given that the company's communication led us to believe the visitation fee would include some form of assessment. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the quoted service, as the $400 expense for just inspection was not within our budget. It's disappointing that we ended up having to pay $80+tax solely for the technician's commute, especially since no on-site work or inspection was conducted.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

What a great bunch of folks. They now have a new customer and we assure all we will recommend them to anyone. TW and his son did an awesome job on a very short notice on a Friday. Saved us from misery on the weekend. It was sad the cost of the work turned out to be just under our deductible, but they documented and worked hard so service and efficiency ranks high, right? Call them!

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.

My well pump stopped bringing up water and I had them come out and take a look. I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong (and turned out to be right) but regardless all they were willing to due was replace the entire pumping system without diagnosing the problem. I don't disagree that yes, ideally a brand new pump probably would give me less trouble down the road and potentially even be a better long term value. That said, everyone's circumstances and situation are different and especially right now, with many Americans just hanging on out there, businesses should try to be sympathetic to that; those who are thrive in this environment. For me I needed water asap with a 3 month old baby inside, and I wasn't looking to invest in upgrading the whole system as this is not my forever home. I ultimately found someone else to do the repair that was needed the next day. I'm sure these guys do good work based on other reviews and I would consider them in the future but they are not very sympathetic and seem to be more in the business of install than repair. They collected a large (relative to others in the area) service call fee to do what they could have done over the phone, sell me a new system without ever diagnosing my problem. My dad works in the home service industry and says unfortunately this is all to common, homeowners are desperate and when a single option is presented they naturally believe it's the only one available. Companies come out, tap their screwdriver around a little and say Yep, she's fried... Going to need a new one. Always be weary if the ONLY option presented is to fully replace, especially if they don't know what the problem is. I hope the owners read this, reflect on the occasion, and think how they could have went about it all differently. I hate to think of a less diligent customer feeling the pressure that their method applies. I think they can do better.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with these guys. Mike came out and did the most detailed Scope of work and assessed our entire home, attic, and basement. He went over everything in absolute detail for us and made us feel informed and able to make an educated decision. He also gave us numerous options and communicated perfectly from start to finish.
Myles and Chris were our technicians that did the full install over two days. To say I was impressed is an understatement. These guys knew what they were talking about, made me feel extremely comfortable while they were working, were clean, and educated me along the way. We have two dogs and two cats; and these guys even made the animals feel important and special. I’m a forever customer with Go Green due to these three men and their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

Referred by my homeowner's warranty company. Very difficult trying to get an appointment scheduled, but I was told my disposal would either be repaired or replaced in less than 30 minutes so I could leave for work on time. After arriving late, technician spent 3 minutes looking at disposal, then told me it worked fine. I disagreed, showing him it just spun things around. He opened the cabinet underneath, looked at the outer components, then told me again it was in good condition, and I owed him my deductible. I tried to explain I wasn't happy with the appliance and I wanted it replaced like I was told over the phone. He repeated I needed to pay him. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, apparent technical ability, and certainly customer service! I do not recommend this company.
