I talked to TW and explained to him my issue with my well. Before he came out, he took the time to answer my questions and asked many details about my well so he could get an idea of the issue ahead of time. He explained everything as we went and ensured I had a good understanding of everything as we progressed. This gave me the confidence I needed. I was also impressed by the amount of time he's been in the business and followed in his father's steps. His son was working with him. I could tell the work was being done as if it were their own well. I'm so happy to have had TW do this work for us.

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Will took great care of us and made the much needed replacement of some outlets as well as inspected the remainder of our electrical system completely! Found out that we had some safety issues with our breakers which he fixed! More to do, but would call Will again in a heartbeat. He informed me what he needed to do, educated me on why, and executed flawlessly! Thanks for everything!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Driggers Plumbing is on time and on the mark! They came to visit same day when I reported a septic issue and were here the next day to open and pump my tanks and clean the filter, which was what our primary issue was. Everything is working great and the price was extremely fair for the service. Daven, our technician, was informative, effective and friendly. Highly recommend!!

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.
