Best Main Sewer Drain in Greensboro NC
Aaron from Edwards Plumbing was awesome. His work was first rate and he is easy to work with and fair. I was so pleased with him, that I have asked him to do another job for me.

I used Fiori Plumbing once for a garden faucet replacement. Based on that good experience I called him back when my garbage disposal failed. He essentially fixed it over the phone - gave me a couple things to try before making the trip and charging me for a really simple fix. Thanks John!

Don’t trust them when they say there’s a warranty they will charge you when they come I have 10 years warranty I call because they nest thermostat not working she said will be $109 Charger for diagnose I told her I have warranty it’s just been 2 years since I have it she said they change the policy and I need too pay for it even if they did it last year. So don’t trust them don’t deal with them.

We have been satisfied customers of Williams for 30+ years. Today Jason and Blake came out to do some repairs. I was so impressed by these young men's professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. Not only did they do a thorough and timely job, but offered information that was helpful now and in the future of our plumbing. Servicemen like these are the reason we stay with Williams. We moved to North Carolina from Maryland in December 2015. We like the house we purchased. However, it’s a Money Pit. The house is 22 years old and had four previous owners that never performed maintenance on anything in this house. My father passed away in 2005. He was a Plumber/Steamfitter well-known in his Union for teaching and being the best at installation & diagnostics. So when it was time to pick a company close to his perfection, we looked and chose VERY CAREFULLY. The ONLY company that met all the requirements we had was Master Plumbers. Master Plumbers has helped us repair & replace plumbing & HVAC in our home.
Last year, in 2022, they replaced the Heat Pump upstairs. They brought us into the new ENERGY EFFICIENT & CLIMATE FRIENDLY era. The system installed uses less of our Solar Energy(Electric) and Cools/Heats the upstairs’ substantially better. We worked with two technicians, Joel, who helped us decide what we needed, and Terry who installed the system with his team. Both were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us.
This year, 2023, we have a plumbing issue. This issue seems to have been going on for a while. I had been warning something wasn’t right. The others would look at it and think a plunger 🪠 will fix it. Now it’s fun saying “I TOLD YOU SO.” Brandon and Chase came out to take a look and see if it was something that was an easy fix. As with anything in this Money Pit, it wasn’t such an easy fix. I knew it wouldn’t be the minute I saw all the water in the crawl space. It was a clog and a clog that was causing quite the damage. Brandon was thorough in going over options A, B, & C. A was the most expensive, and B & C was lesser. The only thing Insurance Companies pay for is damage caused by the leak, NOT the actual leak, nor the repair of the leak. We chose Option A because it offered upgrades that bring us into the ENERGY EFFICIENT & CLIMATE FRIENDLY era. The house has a water softener installed, but it has never worked. Option A included finally having a working water softener. Now, we have the No-Salt Conditioner by EasyWater. We had thought about getting another BULKY Water Softener, but this NEW device doesn’t even compare to those ancient, bulky things. It’s the size of a gaming console, hangs on the wall in the crawl space, and has no bulky tank involved. Jeff repaired the piping and cleared out the clog on Friday. Monday, he had Travis with him to install the new water softener and finish up anything left over from Friday. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. I ALWAYS ask a lot of questions. Everybody should be aware of how everything works in their home.
Last, we decided today, April 26,2023, to have the other toilets replaced in the house. Jeff’s here already installing them.
Most companies want to say this is broke, and it will cost this to fix. Master Plumbers is NOT that kind of company. It’s hard to find a committed company that takes the time to explain what’s broken, how it broke, how to fix it, and always the dreadful, how much it will cost to repair or replace. MASTER PLUMBERS has always been here to help us replace & repair this Money Pit.
To describe Master Plumbers quickly, I would say:
Friendly,
Fast,
Prompt,
Professional,
Thorough,
Fair Cost
We have a downstairs Heat Pump that will need replacing soon, and we will use MASTER PLUMBERS. We also use them for Spring & Fall Maintenance. Maintenance of your HVAC systems is crucial if you want them to last. MASTER PLUMBERS has low-cost maintenance plans.

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.
If you want a better than competitive price, outstanding service you're looking at the right company.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.
