If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I have been using this company for several years now, for HVAC maintenance and once to replace an aging unit. They have been professional and respectful. When I bought a new unit they didn’t try to sell me more than I needed and were low pressure. My serviceman today was Joe and he politely answered some
questions I had about my thermostat without rushing me. And since the pandemic, they have all been very careful to observe protocol. I have recommended them to others. My serviceman was Joseph Civitello not Jose Fimas. Thank you.

We are a small church and had a heating problem, so we called Affordable plumbing heating and air, the call went good and they said they get in touch with there contractor to arrange a service call, the contractor name was Scott and he said it would be 75 dollars to check everything out and said gas valve was bad and it would cost 525 dollars to fix (350 dollars for part and 175 dollars to put it on) I found the part online for 113 dollars,he agreed to to install it for us, so it took about 30 mins to install and they charged 175 dollars, I know we agreed with price but thought it was more involved then what is was, just seems there is nothing affordable with this company.

Brandon & Greg came out to our house and were great to deal with. They had been here before we owned the house and gave us a lot of valuable information regarding our new house and fixed what we need have fixed! Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

She is a beautiful person she did all she could took the time to explain everything to me she explained everything that was going on with the air conditioner unit I really appreciate her she has much knowledge of her job and what was needed to be done and didn't have to look at her cell phone to know what to do thank you for sending her.

Driggers did a great job with my Septic pumping and inspection. I had no idea where my lid was located, but the technician (Shawn) found it and had things going in no time at all. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of the potential issues that could arise with my older system.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.
