Best Heating System Installation in Greensboro NC

They came out to repair a gas valve issue and I called for days asking to speak to someone about the cost. They have yet to call me back about the price I paid to get it fix. I continue to get people that can not provide any assistance. This is ridiculous.

Called Jay to get a quote for install of new hot water heater, and instead of providing quote FIRST, he started work (without permission) draining old water heater. When I called him back (again) to get an estimate, he quoted 80% more than nearby plumber.
When he asked me if he could charge me a service call for work already begun (but never authorized), I answered 'no' and he hung up on me & left my tenant with no hot water.
Also, my tenant said he was rude to her in-person. Would NOT recommend!

I received awesome customer service from Williams Plumbing. The technicians were well informed and worked efficiently to resolve my issues with my ac, and explained it to me In detail. I also signed up for the service contract based on this experience. They call before they plan to arrive and adjusted their schedule to accommodate my work schedule. Thanks for great customer service.

Can't say enough good things about Mike. He made a very big job stress free and always kept things light with his sense of humor :). We have found our plumber!

HVAC semiannual inspection and service

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.
If you want a better than competitive price, outstanding service you're looking at the right company.

I expected the plumbers to come in like they do in the video games like Mario and Luigi. After a lot of self pondering that reality isn't often what I may want it to be, I then accepted I should take it for what it is and I was satisfied. If I could make a request, it would be for the plumbers to come in pairs of two and to talk in silly Italian accents and...you know what I want, so give it to me!

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

Ken and Gino provided excellent service and knowledge about our ac unit and what we needed to do to fix it/replace it. They both showed up on time and were very professional. We will be doing more business with go green in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Great to work with

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.
