My ac broke down last tuesday August 23, 2022 and I contacted them at 130 am and actually spoke with someone, they came out ahead if schedule that day diagnosed the problem and got the ball rolling. I have called for two days 8/29/2022 and 8/30/2022...... the first day was told my part wasn't even ordered yet.......what I am sitting in a house in NC with no ac and it's sweltering......who has money to throw away on a hotel room. To keep cool......was also told someone from service would call me back.....guess what....nothing. so called again o. 8/30/2022 twice was told the same thing....someone would call me back.....nothing.......they are probably in their AC Office and homes not worrying about the heat......it amazes me how fast they came out when I needed a new unit but in but after paying 12000 for a new unit, how they can't even pick up the phone to return a call when a customer is sweating because of no AC.......am considering another company for my service contract next year. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

We were quoted a price of $915 to replace a fan on the airpump in arental. Our rental property manager got it done labor included for $346!During a service call for the Fall, i told the maintenance guy the cooling was off and was quickly interrupted with Well im here for the fall and winter. Lovely customer service.

$200. Kitchen sink still leaking after 2 visits. This company is irresponsible. Save the invoice stating exactly what was done, otherwise the work is not guaranteed.

Deceptive, dishonest, and extremely over priced. I reached out to masters for a service call and was informed that it would be 99 for the travel fee to come look at my unit. However once the two people arrived the tech and the salesman. I'm assuming they saw the age of my unit and sent the salesman to push the hard sell on me. I was informed of the additional 230 diagnostic fee that is in addition to the 99 travel fee so 330 before they even start. They also informed me this was competitive pricing, which it isn't. None of their competitors that I called had this additional fee. My unit was low on coolant. The salesman then started pushing extremely hard to sell me new ac unit while ignoring the many times I told him I just want refrigerant put in. He then gave me a quote for a new 3 ton ac unit for 28 thousand dollars my unit is a 2 ton. I told them I wouldn't be needing their services and went with their much cheaper competitors. They put coolant in my system for about half what masters was charging me.

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
As important he was a really great guy and a pleasure to talk with.

Yesterday we had Justin come out to install a 220 volt outlet for our new slide-in range. Justin was very professional, courteous and safety conscious. He quickly sized up the situation, got the proper receptacle and installed it making sure that our range would slide all the way into the opening without hitting the receptacle. He was very thorough and didn’t rush the job, ensuring that we were entirely satisfied.Aurora Pro Services is a very professional company which was referred to me by Duke Energy. Their communications with the customer were superb through every step of the process. I will be using them for other services in the future.

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ken and Gino provided excellent service and knowledge about our ac unit and what we needed to do to fix it/replace it. They both showed up on time and were very professional. We will be doing more business with go green in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I called and explained that I needed to have a new toilet flange installed and have the toilet installed. I also wanted a new sink plumed in. The tech did not arrive until 2 pm. I showed him the toilet and the sink. I explained that the plumbing needed to be re-routed because one of the drawers was bumping the old plumbing. His response was “ what would you like me to do about that? Then he told me to “notch out the drawer to fit around the plumbing. It turns out that I paid 90 some dollars to be told that they could not even start the work today. Not happy at all.

I highly recommend All Plumbing Services of the Triad. Sunder ended up fixing a plumbing problem we had at our house that multiple plumbers couldn’t figure out. He was always on time and had time to answer any questions or concerns we had. He gave a written out estimate that detailed everything that was to be done and the price estimate. We felt that price was fair especially given the quality of service you receive.

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. I've worked with them before in a commercial setting and was just as pleased with their service then as I am their residential service. Thanks for the help!

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.

I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
