What a joke! Home Depot should be ashamed to be associated with this company. I got harassed with multiple phone calls to make sure I would be home for my testing appointment and then their employee rolls up 15 minutes late and makes no apology. I took off work for that and informed the tester that my wife was working so he said he couldn't complete the task unless we were both present. Complete waste of time. I can definitely see why their reviews are so bad. Stay away!

I called Williams Plumbing Heating & Air to come out and look at my garbage disposal, and they sent someone on the same day. Eddie not only fixed my garbage disposal, but he took the time to educate me on the workings of my disposal to make sure I knew all about it. He helped me with other questions that I had in a kind, helpful, and friendly manner! I would recommend Williams for all of your plumbing, heating and air needs. Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
