I used Fiori Plumbing once for a garden faucet replacement. Based on that good experience I called him back when my garbage disposal failed. He essentially fixed it over the phone - gave me a couple things to try before making the trip and charging me for a really simple fix. Thanks John!

Wow...I'm so glad I found Coretech. We had an emergency issue with an outdoor spigot and its connection in the back of the wall in the garage. I called late on a Sunday evening and they were at the house the next morning (They convinced me to wait until the next day to save on weekend/after hours costs). Kyle was prompt and very professional--he called when he was on the way, telling me exactly when he'd arrive. He got straight to business and not only fixed the 30 year old piping that broke, but also installed the new spigot. In fact, I had bought a spigot to use and he sold me on a better spigot he had on the truck--and it was cheaper and came with a warranty. We talked for a while about other plumbing issues and he didn't hesitate to offer his advice, knowledge and recommendations on DIY products and remedies. How many plumbing companies do you know that will help you in that way? Most will just try to convince you to get them to work on the problem. I haven't used too many plumbing services but I can say for a fact that they are the best value around! I can't say enough about Coretech other than they've earned my business (and I asked for business cards to give to friends and co-workers)

Brandon was very professional! He identified himself, gave us an estimate and went to work. Brandon explained in detail how the work would be completed before work started, and stayed longer after the work was completed to make sure there were no other issues. His knowledge put us at ease. As an older person I was extremely happy that Brandon was our angel. Thank you so much for being available at our time of need! We will be asking for him In the future.

TW Stanley was able to replace my well pump when I called with a last minute issue. Luckily they were able to fit me in their schedule that same day. They came to my house, were very professional and overly kind. He explained to me what was going on and what his plan was to fix it, and did a great job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call them with any other issues in the future. They used high quality products so I know the work they did will last. I would definitely recommend using them if you are in need of any services they provide.

Called them after discovering my kitchen drain was stopped up. Initially thought of clearing it myself but called roto rooter first. Customer service for the appointment was great initially told someone would arrive between 1 to 3 pm. They called back after an hour and said a tech was available to respond within the hour. Danny showed up and was very thorough in going over what he was going to do as well as the cost. Danny made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left and that I was satisfied with the service. He was also able to answer any questions I had while completing the work. He also gave recommendations as to how to prevent backups going forward. I would recommend Danny for any future plumbing needs that may happen.

I called to see if someone could come give me a quote. They called me back under 20 minutes. They Set me an appointment the next business day. They was reasonable and I will be telling people about John & Matt.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice to work with. Andy explained everything that I asked and was great to talk to. I spoke with another tech about installing a new system, I forget his name but he was also very knowledgeable and informative. 3 stars because the scheduled window of arrival was 11-2. I received a phone call that I was the next stop around 10 A.M. but didn't see the tech until closer to 4. It was said that the tech was held up at the previous location. Spent all day with this, and had later than expected arrival, otherwise great experience.

This company is the worst and if you get them be prepared for being over charged. They will take advantage of any and every moment and will not put anything is writing for you. Everything is done with a hand shake or I gotcha! The owner is a rude person and the tech will do the job but won't follow through with any paperwork. Happy Birthday by the way Charging me 400.00 dollars for a pan that was less than 20 dollars. You also lied about the logs as if you turned them on and didn't do that either. I also watched you from my camera didn't even flush the tank like you said you did. I just hope your son don't follow these qualities.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.

The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

The project in High Point, NC started off very well meeting my expectations but due to health problems of the lead plumber, the work remains incomplete to date leaving an obstruction from the plumber’s auger in the house drain line for nearly 8 months. On the morning of April 7, 2022, I contacted Precision Plumbing for service to unclog my plumbing drain lines in my home, Marvin Bingham, owner dispatched a crew who arrived within 1½ hours. Dan Felder began to unclog the drain lines thru the vents as requested. The motorized drain cable with auger head likely became stuck in a 45 degree bend in the drain line below the kitchen floor. Dan attempted to remove the cable line from the vent and the cable line broke leaving a portion of the line and the auger head in the kitchen drain line. Dan and the assistant plumber viewed conditions to determine how to find the clog and remove it. The assistant plumber departed after a few hours. Dan continued to review interior line locations and how to access the clog utilizing professional means to correct the problem. After several hours of work and no resolve, Dan departed for the day. Dan returned late the next day and found the interior cleanout to remove the clog. Dan was in much pain from a previous arm injury occurring sometime in the past, I assisted him as much as possible. Within 2 hours Dan had the lines flowing very well. He provided an invoice for services rendered including the removal of the broken cable line with the auger head which was not yet done due to his painful condition. It was agreed that $300 would be withheld until he returns in the near future after his arm heals. As a result, I paid the invoice less $300 in good faith to have the work completed as promised.
On April 20, 2022 Dan contacts me indicating that the problem with his arm has worsened due and is waiting for the okay from his doctor to come back to work.
On May 27, 2022 Dan indicated that he has been in the hospital since Saturday May 21, 2022 and hopes to be discharged today. Dan indicated he would let us know when he can return to work.
After numerous calls and texts to Dan Felder thru mid-September 2022 with no responses, I contacted Marvin Bingham, owner of Precision Plumbing on September 21, 2022. Marvin indicated that Dan, a no longer works for Precision Plumbing due to health issues. Marvin said that he would call me Thursday (9/22/22) mid-morning to discuss scheduling someone to come out to do the remaining work.
October 10, 2022 – I called Marvin Bingham to check on when the work would be scheduled to be completed.
At this point, Marvin had a crew scheduled to complete the job on October 24, 2022, October 31, 2022 & November 1, 2022. Each of these dates were canceled due to various staffing and health issues per messages from Marvin Bingham.
November 2, 2022 – December 1, 2022 – During this period, I contacted Marvin via phone (5) five times and via text messaging (4) four times but received no responses for rescheduling of work as of the date of this posting.
I remain hopeful that Marvin will schedule a crew to resolve the problem and I will provide updated review comments accordingly.
December 6, 2022 @ 5:00PM – I called Marvin and he indicated that he is now disabled and can no longer work and no longer has a crew to do any work for him. He recommended that I contact somebody else to complete the work.
