Bob and I have done a lot of updates on our NC home and these two, Chris & Tyler, are definitely the best people we have found to help us. We changed from an electric cooktop and a propane fireplace to natural gas. Tyler & Chris knew exactly what to do; they kept us updated on each step as we went along. The inspector for the gas company told us that the people who did all the work under our house to route the gas did an outstanding job. Wow! That is exactly what you want to hear! Tyler & Chris will soon install new plumbing in the kitchen and later will work on our baths. It is so nice to be in a relationship with professionals such as Chris & Tyler.

RainSoft installed by Water Improvement Technology is highly recommended. Having well water produced bad tasting water, unpleasant smell and hard water. After installation, my water is now purer, great tasting and no longer having problems with stained tubs, stained toilets or whites. I now use my own water to make tea, no more buying bottle water.
The service was outstanding, professional, friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable about the product and installation. Customer service was beyond my expectations and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the product and if I had any questions or concerns.

Williams Plumbing and Heating were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and kind. They installed a new heating and cooling units for our home. Today Tommy came for regular maintenance check and was what we hoped and expected. He checks all units and answered any questions we had. Tommy was helpful answering our questions as well. We are thankful that they are our installers and service men. We highly recommend them!!!

12/7/2022 - Brandon L. and Zac took care of all the issues that they identified on the inspection. I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were both very professional and took care not to track mud into the house even though the weather was terrible. I really appreciated that.

Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. The team of Guy, Stephen, Spencer, Jonathan, Aaron, (also the electricians whom names I don't know) replaced/installed an HVAC system for me. They were very efficient and worked together well leaving site clean and in order. The team members were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and communicated status as needed. I would certainly recommend these folks for a system install!

We used Custom Electric to install a new electrical box and EV charger. I cannot say enough positive comments about both the work provided and the professionalism of everyone! Each day they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work on time. I would, without a doubt, use Custom Electric again!

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

. I feel set up. Friday July 29 I signed up for check up on ac unit. The tech was nice and professional and said I will need a filter in the attic unit soon but everything was great. The house and unit is 2 years old so I shouldn't be having any issues. Yesterday my unit stopped cooling my house. I called about the thermostat because the numbers weren't charging the air. After checking it and finding out there wasn't an issue with it, I turned system off and ran old timey window fan for the rest of the day. Sunday morning I noticed a puddle of water in my downstairs bathroom. The wall was wet. That tells me that the ac unit in the attic is or was leaking. This happened a month after y'all service. I feel set up!! Now y'all charging to come diagnose. I don't think that's right since it's coming from a spot where your tech was at. I can't get up there.

This company is the worst and if you get them be prepared for being over charged. They will take advantage of any and every moment and will not put anything is writing for you. Everything is done with a hand shake or I gotcha! The owner is a rude person and the tech will do the job but won't follow through with any paperwork. Happy Birthday by the way Charging me 400.00 dollars for a pan that was less than 20 dollars. You also lied about the logs as if you turned them on and didn't do that either. I also watched you from my camera didn't even flush the tank like you said you did. I just hope your son don't follow these qualities.

Progressive Service is top notch. Installer Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and explained every detail of the equipment and every aspect of code requirements for the installation.
