Took an hour to fix one screw on the dishwasher and remove pressure reducer on the shower head.

Asked for $250.00, after much debate reduced to $144 (which still is way high)

I had immediate results. I could feel the difference on my skin, my dishes have no spots, and I'm using very little detergent and shampoo. Mike, the system installer, gave extra attention to details like pipes being straight, parts being connected correctly, removing boxes and other unwanted material off the property. He installed the system the next day. The advertiser, Mike, spent hours with us answering all of our questions and explaining the system in detailed. I was skeptical but now I'm impressed with the system and excellent service.

Okay- I am updating my review of these guys. The problems we had were with Chip, one of the partners of the business. That bad impression has, unfortunately, not changed.

However, Mike the other partner has come through for us and been very accommodating and professional in resolving this matter so I have revised my stars and comments to be more positive. I'd say if you are dealing with Mike, he has been a stand up guy.

There was a drainage problem. A huge problem. They worked faithfully until it was resolved. They took their time and did not appear to be weary or disgusted. They also kept us abreast of the issue during the process. Very polite and professional. We will definitely use them again if needed.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Brandon came in a did excellent job. He did the job that a previous plumber refused to do. He explained every step of the process and also gave detailed information during the process. If you have to contact Rotor Rooter this is the tech that you need to have on-site. He was honest fair and understanding of the situation. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

Matt arrived early which was awesome! He was professional and personable. He did his job efficiently and left everything in good order. This is our second experience with The Plumbing Firm and we have been very pleased with the results both times!

Trying to get a good plumber out in the Lexington North Carolina area can be a real challenge. Most of the plumbers will not even answer their phone. Or if they do have secretaries, they usually charge individual homeowners way too much for small plumbing needs. This company is very professional and answers the phone, which makes your small jobs in your house, and does it efficiently and with good value. Mike and Braxton were very good technicians who came out to my house. I've got to give major kudos to Mike he seems very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. Take it from a Navy veteran of 20 years of honorable service if you have plumbing needs in the Lexington North Carolina region. This is the company to call. Unfortunately had to call them again they did wonderful . May God be with you always.

i highly recommend HD Plumbing and Construction. I have used them twice and both times, they were able to come the same day and both times provided excellent service at a very fair price. Henry was my technician and he was amazing.
