Danny came out and provided us high quality service. He had clear expertise and explained things in a way that made perfect sense. He allowed me time to think through my decision and in the end he saved us tons of money by being patient and us working to find the root cause of the problem. Will definitely use the service again and would welcome Danny anytime as our service expert.

Everyone who works here was very professional, from the man who answered the phone to the ones who came over for my plumbing issues. The prices were very fair for how many services they provided in a timely manner. The Plumbing Firm is my go to plumber!!

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

Needed help with a leaking bathroom faucet. I had tried to do it myself but the sink was really tight and the plastic washer holding the faucet was stuck in place and wouldn't moved. David came out on time and was able to help remove the old faucet and install and new one and also inform me of other things that will cause me issue in the future. I wasn't pressure to fix those issues but rather was inform about it for my knowledge and what my options were which I appreciate. After performing the service, David made sure to clean up after himself and made the area cleaner than before he was there. Great service and am happy but they are a little more pricey than others, but well worth it for the awesome service and professionalism.

Williams Plumbing Heating and Air has provided me with excellent service for over 20 years. Today Tommy Morgan performed my spring HVAC maintenance and took care of some problems he found. He was friendly and courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and gave me helpful information to consider when deciding about a new system to replace my aging one. Excellent service. Thanks, Tommy.

After service, customer service over the phone impatient and rude. I called for a copy of my invoice. I had additional questions about my service, she told me to call back. My technician told me his name was Mike but on the paperwork it was James. My HVAC is only 4yrs. old. Before visit, my thermostat inside match temperature settings now it doesn't. While Mike/James was outside checking the unit I heard him hitting my unit. I went to check and he was trying to put back unit cover. I don't have the time or money to pay for additional services because ARS damaged my system. Home Depot and ARS should be ashamed. I wish the invoice was more detailed report. I want to see temperature settings and readings. Only an one liner, telling me what I already know. Except now, I will have to call a Real Company to fix their mistakes.

The place I bought my high end water system went out of business. Hesitantly, I set up a service call with these folks, who bought the customer list. I do not have the impression they are familiar with the products at all. I was told they do not provide interim testing between yearly service which is standard. I carefully explained my work situation, and was assured the tech would call me if running late for my noon appointment. At 12:40 I called and was told oh I had this between one and two by the guy who confirmed my 12pm appointment yesterday. In fact the technician was still in another city, and no one was going to give me notice. This is a perfect example of the very worst customer service. Now I have to try and find someone reliable, and honest to service my very expensive ( to me) water system. Hopefully you can still shop elsewhere before you commit to any type of contract with this company.

I've used Affordable Plumbing for several years and have always been extremely happy with their responsiveness and efficiency. Most recently, they replaced an HVAC system for me and the cost savings over other quotes I received was significant! The Affordable Team is top-notch and I highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Let me be very clear, the technician that performed the service was very professional at all times and the work completed was done very well. My review is not an indictment on his completed work but rather the overall value of the services. When I called Masters Plumbers I knew the exact issue needing to be addressed. I had a leaking toilet shut off valve and toilet that was still partially clogged. When I called the office to schedule the appointment she clearly explained that the trip would incur an $85 trip charge regardless of service. It has been my experience with other types of service providers that these trip charges are absorbed if you agree to having work completed but this would later turn out to not be the case with Masters Plumbers (and my mistake for not clarifying). Upon arrival, rather than preparing an estimate for the requested work, I had to wait while they performed an entire house inspection of every toilet, valve, sink, shower, water heater and washer. This seems to be their common business practice for new customers. However, this took about 40 minutes then another 20 or so to prepare my options to replace everything uncovered by the inspection. I was appalled to find out that it would cost an additional $257 to replace the shut off valve and that they wanted me to pay another $220 to have them snake the toilet!! Now stuck, because to call another provider I would incur another service/trip charge, I agreed to the valve replacement only (you can rent a snake from Home Depot for $25 for crying out loud). The valve replacement took less than 15 minutes, which I am sure is attributed to the years of experience of the technician, again whom I have no issues with, but he tried to explain that the cost of the service was so high because of the guarantee of the part replacement. The guarantee being only 1 year for a part that was just replaced at 45 years old...I'm sure I will see the benefit of that guarantee. I am extremely disappointed by the cost of the services provided by Masters Plumbers and will be seeking help from another vendor for future services.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Brad was a very pleasent and informative technician. He verified everything that needed to be done. We had 2 sinks with faucet issues and 2 toilets that were rocking on their base. He fixed all items and even checked out our gas fireplace burner that had quit. The charge was fair and we got the invoice by email. We feel that we can trust John’s to do what we need done and the appointment time was easy to book. We got a 30 minute arrival call which is much appreciated.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation.
I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
