We had a difficult schedule with juggling several different contractors on a big job in our kitchen. The plumbers from Greensboro Plumbing and Heating were flexible and worked around and between the other contractors. Once they were here, they were friendly and curteous and VERY competent!

Called @ 8:28 am with a/c problem. Rcvd call from Tommy @ 8:47 am. Tommy Morgan & Bryan actually arrived earlier than expected which was great given today’s heat index. Both were friendly, polite & professional. Tommy’s expertise & easy to understand explanations of a/c problem in detail were greatly appreciated! Even though they had to go across town to pick up needed part, they had a/c up & running in less than 2 hours! Bravo 👏. Definitely plan to retain as our #1 awesome 😎 HVAC provider! Our well died on a Saturday night and we called them Sunday morning. They were in Sunday School and stepped out of the room to take our call. Couldn't believe it!! Then they were at our house by 1 pm and worked until 4. Had to replace our well pump. Long and difficult job, but they were SO NICE and the owner even talked to our insurance agent on the phone and wrote up a report for us to give to our homeowners insurance. My husband and I can't say enough good things about these people. Honest, trustworthy and impeccable work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have only been using Sutton Brothers since April of this year (2023), but they have been very professional and kind. Our A/C unit broke in July and the company sent a technician, Daniel, out on a Saturday. He was amazing and came 3x that day, even though it was his birthday. He ended up coming back a couple of days later; he worked tirelessly and with a great attitude. In the end, we needed a new A/C unit and Ian was very helpful in finding one for a good price and with a tax rebate. The company provided us with a mini window unit to help us keep cool until our new unit was installed. And they were able to allow us to pay for our new unit over 25 months, interest-free. Lisa and Maura (in the office) were so sweet and helpful over the phone. I would definitely recommend this company.
