Im an 8 year HVAC journeymen in the Chicagoland area and this company just tried selling my Aunt and Uncle a $10 part for $550. We sell this same part in the around here for $125. I understand inflation, but I cant wrap my head around this type of mark up. Please shop around with other companies!

Ray from Masters Plumbing did a Plumbing Inspection and found a number of issues that I decided to fixed by Master Plumbers. Ray would do them the same day. In addition Brandon from Master Plumbers came to work on the repairs. Ray and Brandon worked quickly making the repairs and explaining the actions they were taking. Ray had to leave almost half through the repair to go to another call. Brandon finished up. He took his time to make sure all the repairs were done correctly and everything was working correctly.
