Referred by a neighbor to Williams Plumbing and Heating. What a pleasant experience from friendly helpful dispatcher to an extremely knowledgeable technican named Michael. My air conditioner digital thermostat needed replacing, which he did in a timely manner. Even took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. Extremely impressed, won't call anyone else.

Prompt, effective service. One of my kids flushed various toys down the toilet. The company sent out a plumber who was able to snake a comb out of the toilet, but a day later flushing problems returned. The company sent out another plumber who determined that the toy had been pushed into the sewer pipe. After working nearly a full day, he was able to remove the blockage without having to cut into the pipe. And he charged a fraction of what I would have expected for a full day's work. 5/5.

William came to our animal chaotic home when the big freeze froze up our pipes. He was extremely genial and helpful and he fixed a serious problem of the holding tank that we did not even know we had. We also lost hot water, which we did not discover until night, so he cheerfully took time out of his Sunday to come out and fix that problem , also. The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

Jose and Jeromino were so pleasant and professional. They were so great explaining what had happened and how they fixed my issue. They went above and beyond by calling another company to come out and access the damage done by the leaky pipe for my insurance. I couldn’t be more happier and will have them back anytime. I’ve used HD plumbing when I’ve needed a plumber for 3 jobs so far. Will keep using them in the future. Easy to talk to and they get the job done. Make sure you have a written estimate before having the work done. Too many scammers in the area. I’m glad to have found this great company.
