David was not only on time and very professional but was a pleasure to have in my home. He explained everything as simply as possible and gave us all the options available to us. He fixed my shower within 45 minutes and couldn’t have been more courteous and professional. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Not sure what it’s all called, but the setup that comes into the house from the city started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. David from Deer Valley plumbing came to do the repair. He was early, professional and very patient since it started to rain while he was working. Just making his work that much tougher.

I found Tom through a recommendation of a neighbor on the Next Door app. I'm so glad I did! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional,licensed, bonded and insured.
. He did a great job removing my old shower and installing new shower. It was 44 years old as was the plumbing behind it. He replaced all old pipes with nice, solid copper pipe. He dug out the old drain and replaced that. He added wood to studs to anchor the grab bars properly. And he and his helper did it all from 8:30 am to 4 pm in a single day!
I had a small issue , it needed a bit more caulk as it shrank a bit in spots as it dried. Tom came back out the next day and spent 45 minutes finishing caulking and checking drain. He was so nice about it and wanted to make absolutely certain job was done right and I was happy.
I am very satisfied with the quality job Tom did for me and will have him back for other plumbing projects in the future.

Had a leak and was unable to use irrigation for the winter. Called Sound Plumbing, Brian dug and located leak. Put new pipe problems solved, I have green grass and water to all my plants and trees, with out having to drag a hose. He made it look so easy what a true professional. He explained everything in terms even I could understand. Cleaned up like he wasn’t even there. I am impressed and have a plumber I can trust to do it right. Very reliable

Really enjoyed working with Eddie and Authentic Plumbing! We had a problem with our toilet on New Year's Day and not only did they answer the phone but they also came out before noon on that day! A real joy to work with and they will forever have my business!
