Brian was able to come by almost immediately after I called to survey the damage Of my water pipe burst and provide an estimate. He was super professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. The only reason I did not move forward was the cost. I would definitely use Sound plumbing in the future.

Had a leak and was unable to use irrigation for the winter. Called Sound Plumbing, Brian dug and located leak. Put new pipe problems solved, I have green grass and water to all my plants and trees, with out having to drag a hose. He made it look so easy what a true professional. He explained everything in terms even I could understand. Cleaned up like he wasn’t even there. I am impressed and have a plumber I can trust to do it right. I thought I needed to switch to a tankless since everyone suggested so but Brian told me I didn’t need to switch to something so costly. Plumbing clog

We were referred to Brian and his team at Sound plumbing as we had a water heater that was leaking. So we gave him a call and he answered our call and was very friendly. He was able to get over to us the same day. he arrived on time and even let us know that he was in route. While at the house he did such a great job on the water heater we had him help us with a bathroom remodel project we had been working on. He installed the new vanity and sink and replaced our toilet and helped put in a new handle in our shower to match the new hardware. overall we are very please with his work and the price we will be using him again. ( he is going to come to our office and fix a slow drain issue we are having. Thank you brian for providing the best plumbing services and customer service.

I called this place on Saturday and they were prompt to get something scheduled for Monday morning (non-emergency). The issue was quickly identified and remedied within an hour. Very hassle-free — something you don't find a lot these days. Great service all around.

We had a plumbing emergency minutes before leaving on a trip. I was shocked to learn not only could someone come today, but within two hours! The lady on the phone gave me a run down, so there would be no surprises, and she was so kind. The plumbers kept me updated on their arrival. They fixed it in minutes and explained what had happened. I've had a major leak one time before. So I am a bit familiar with this go around. I called and spoke with Dianna. She was very easy to work with but also fast and efficient. So right from the beginning was a good start. Brian came to my house. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and how much he cared about the job. He said if this were my home this is what I would do. That really stuck out to me. He was fast to fixing the issues. When I called about a quote for my water heater the customer service was great. Sound plumbing followed up with email and a text for seamless communication. Brian replaced the old water heater in a couple hours and also replaced a leaky faucet on the spot. If you are looking for an honest reputable plumber look to Sound Plumbing!

I needed help with a major clog and they were helpful enough to reroute a tech to help us out. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed. He not only got our clog cleared but ensured that all the other bathrooms were not clogged.

We just spent a belated holiday in Phoenix at my sister in-law’s new home and I tossed coffee grounds down her garbage disposal and ruined it…Sound Plumbing was the only company who answered the phone on a Friday afternoon that could get to us same day and Dianna was so friendly and understanding when I called. She sent out our technician Brian who was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to install a new garbage disposal and explained what can and can’t go down a garbage disposal. I am new to the area and new to owning a pool I picket sound plumbing from there reviews, but they charged me 1,080.00 to plumb two pipes into my heat pump it took less than two hours, I own my own contracting business in Washington state and know what it takes to run a business. I feel I got overcharged double what it should have cost

I had a problem with a leaky outside faucet and I couldn’t get the pilot light on my water heater lit.
I send a request for service at 9:00 pm on Thursday and promptly received a reply. Service was scheduled between noon and 2 pm. Brian kept me posted on his progress and arrived at 1:30.

I had called after hours with an emergency & they didn't have anyone at the time but the office manager heard my call, called me back & said she was sending someone out, even if it was 10pm, but within minutes she called back to say Richard was on his way! We have 2 litters of puppies so couldn't be without water, another reason we're so grateful for their quick response to help us. Richard was amazing, knowledgeable & so kind, even offered to come back the following day to make sure everything was OK, free of charge. My water heater leaked causing thousands in damage, I found it Sunday late night and by Monday afternoon Brian had the 50 gallon tank replaced by himself. Very professional and fast. Referred a water restoration company too, which helped me avoid that headache of getting them out next. Wonderful work, I manage a service company and it's hard to get Techs like Brian that are skilled labor, professional, and work with a purpose. Great job!
