Very happy with the service from William! We had a water leak outside, between the meter and the house on the weekend. William came out within an hour of our call and had us up and running in no time. He was prompt, courteous, and kept us informed at each step. Cost was super reasonable for an emergency weekend call. I had struggled to find a plumbing company that would come to So. Phx. I had called two other referrals to no avail. One call to your company and a Plumber was sent the same day within 2 hours. I asked him how much to put on this French bodey toilet seat. Larry said no problem I won't even charge you cuz I'm already here
The job was a lot bigger than we both expected I'm talking about electrical had to dissect the electric panel just for this toilet seat
he was a man of his word. that took longer than the job he was already there for for just the toilet tank leak. It took over an hour and a half and I could see why. He was a man of his word and did not charge me a dime. I will never use anybody else.
I have used Parker and Sons, pink Plumbing and all the big companies around town nobody can compare to instant plumbing and Rooter LLC for being so awesome.

I noticed a leak coming from our kitchen faucet in the morning. I called Instant Plumbing within the hour. They scheduled me for a next day appt. Thankfully, I got a call a couple hours later saying that they could come out that day. Patrick came by and checked out the leak and to diagnose where it was coming from. Although the leak was somewhat a mystery, he figured out what may have been the probable cause and fixed it within the hour or two. Once he repaired the faucet and sink, he cleaned up and made sure to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to any one else.

We had an amazing experience with this company after being stood up by the first plumbing company we called. Not only were they able to see us the same day but they arrived within a couple hours of calling. I believe William Moore was the tech that was sent out. He did a fantastic job. After being quoted over $600.00 by another plumbing company just to camera a clogged drain line (without any intervention), I called Instant Plumbing and Rooter to step in. They were able to get a plumber out to clear the line, camera the line and give an assessment for additional work necessary within 24 hours. The total cost for this service was $329.00. They were less than half the price of the other company AND provided a SOLUTION! I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for honest people who will get the job done at a fair price.
Responded to leaky water heater, gave an instant quote based on size and type of water heater. Removed and replaced within the day, called at 9AM, technician at door at 1:15 PM and job completed at 3:30PM. Really, one can't expect better service.
It is so nice in this day and age to have such a great experience. These day’s customer service and client value have been lost. It is obviously alive and well with your firm. Thank you so much.

I had a sudden leak appear on the ceiling and I suspected that something wasn’t quite right with the shower. He came out and inspected everything, come to find out the old caulking from the shower was the issue, but he literally checked everything to rule out any other cause. I was very happy that it was an easy fix. Would recommend them and use them again.

Water heater stopped heating. I opted for a new water heater instead of trying to find parts to repair the old. They made it happen all within a day. Patrick and William were both at my house on their last call until late to ensue they got our new water heater in and working. Excellent service and communication from their team. I called at about 10 AM, Mr. William Moore showed up at my house at about noon. He checked the dripping water at the corner of my patio ceiling and the wall below my master bathroom. He inspected the ceiling drywall inside as well as the shower and bathtub up-stair. He also tested if there was a water line leakage. After thorough inspection he concluded that there was no waterline leak and he suggested to call a roofing company to check the tiles right above the dripping.
For all the time he spent at my house and his expertise, he waived the charge for his work and he treated it as a courtesy call.

We started with an install of a new water filtration system. Instant Plumbing was VERY competitive in pricing and provided a comprehensive quote and answered all of my questions. Then, our 18 year old water heater died. They took great care of us and acted quickly. So much so that I chose them over my Home Warranty. I trusted them and would rather pay them to get the job done then to be put through the ringer with the warranty company. We also had them replace our guest bath tub plumbing. All of these jobs were priced incredibly reasonable and William and Jesse were prompt, friendly and professional on every visit. We will not call anyone else from now on!

We had them come out and install a dump station in our front yard for our RV. They where able to complete the work in a day and also added the correct sewer ports that we where missing as our house was built in the 70's. Recommend them if you are looking for a family feel service.

Wow. I had a leaking water heater. I talked to other plumbers and they all told me I needed a new water heater. William said I will need one probably soon but replaced to drain valve with a metal one not plastic. It's fixed. Been 2 day and still no leak. It's great to find a guy that will give me options instead of just replacing it. THANKS .
I had a sump pump in the basement that was letting sewer gas into the house. Instant Plumbing came and fixed the problem. The technician was a cool guy and took care of a really nasty situation with a smile. The work done by the Instant Plumbing team was most excellent. I have a 90+ year old house that had a series of technologies that had converged over time into one majorly problematic area. They were able to come in and quickly assess the situation and devise a solution that made my plumbing situation safe and functional. They were able to get all the necessary transitions in place to make the most of my irregular plumbing setup without creating extra unnecessary work or expense. The work they did looks fantastic. Technicians were very friendly and got the job done in the timeframes promised. While ago I installed a new kitchen faucet myself yet it started leaking recently. There was also another leak from somewhere under the sink causing a lot of standing water. Finally, our drop-in sink needed caulking work. At that point I knew I was in over my head and called Instant Plumbing (I've used them in the past). Their guy was on-time and did everything pretty quickly and professionally.
We've used Instant Plumbing on a few occasions and will continue to do so.

Slab leak. Family of 9 no water x4wks. 3 other plumbing companies promised the world & no showed. Leak detection company located wrong pipe..This company is top notch! Showed up for bid within hours of calling Wed & work completed 48hrs later. Panicked that night (Fri night) thinking something was wrong as we lost hot water. Emailed company late Friday night & plumber was here 1st thing Saturday morning. Checked everything! Was a timer on water heater that caused the issue. Their response to everything was incredible! From Nicholle the office manager/scheduler, to the owner Krystal personally stopping by to give me a filled out form to submit to city so my water rates don't increase, to Jesse the plumber who took on an incredible job, could have wrapped it up & we would have been pushed out another 2wks without water as leak detection company located wrong pipe but he cared enough to try to figure it out & that he did! He was amazing with my pets, I didn't have to lock them outside & hear them cry & scratch at the door all day. He simply opened his arms up & said cmon let's meet & get this over with. Lots of making them feel comfortable & within minutes they were back asleep on couch. Felt comfortable leaving Jesse alone in our home. William showed up Saturday morning & took this very seriously that we had a problem. Or thought we did..Their response to thinking something went wrong, after they'd been paid, on a Saturday morning speaks volumes for this companies character & integrity. They did the job right the first time, Nicholle communicated constantly, plumbers were true tradesmen with character, honesty, & personality to boot. Welcome to the family! I might not be the typical user of Instant Plumbing... in this case, I already knew the issue.
They arrived on time and as promised. I showed them the issue... described the problem (and solution)... and they agreed! No arguments. No oh let's try this or that. No maybe we should send a camera down there. -- in other words, no nonsense at all -- no wasted time nor unwarranted expense.
Now, I'm not saying that, had they disagreed with me in my diagnosis, that they wouldn't have said so (and I would have welcomed listening to them in such a case)... just saying that they agreed with my conclusion... and went RIGHT to work... and took care of it in 30 minutes... and THAT was THAT. (also they were super friendly)
I have dealt with other plumbers in similar situations. Oh... well... we'll have to send a camera down there [at a $150 extra cost] or we can't even BEGIN!; oh... your pipes are too old... the only thing we can recommend [or offer] is a complete sewage pipe replacement; etc.
At least from my perspective/experience/knowledge, my understanding of my 68-year-old system, and of today's particular situation, it is VERY REFRESHING to have a company come in, listen to me, examine the situation, agree, and no waste time just taking care of it.
Both they and I realize that EVENTUALLY the entire sewage system of my house will need to be replaced... but, also, they realize that I just want this for now. No arguments. No upsells. Just in and out quickly.
And I really appreciate that they can read my expectations so quickly... and cooperate with them.
Had a gas line run for new stove. William and Jesse were on time, friendly, and did a great job. They were recommended by my neighbor and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Nice to see craftsman still exist.

They don't do a thorough job, don't back the work that they say is guaranteed. They schedule appointmemts, dont show, don't call to say they're running late, 2 hours.
We now have to call another plumber to correct their shoddy work. Complete waste of money.-unfortunate.

Everyone I interacted with, from the phone staff to the plumbers, were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, easy to work with, and highly competent in their craft. They also have a top-notch communication system that sends out text confirmation/reminders of appointments and lets you know when the plumbers are on their way to your house. We have been having hammering in our pipes and after speaking with William and his team they were ready to take on the job! They have been amazing to work with and have been super determined to find the problem and where the hammering is coming from. They work hard, are on time and they have always cleaned up after they work - I would never have known they were even here! We will be hiring them for all our future jobs!!
We are so thankful for the excellent service from William, along with Angel, & communication from Nicole & Crystal as well. Two yrs ago William installed a new water heater and fixed a couple drippy faucets.
2020 called for whole house upgrade to PEX pipes and we confidently relied on his high standard of work. We also decided on improving the water quality for the new pipes to enjoy :) so William installed a water conditioner. At no additional charge, he replaced the kitchen sink drain assembly to eliminate issues of accordion tubing. He also returned as promised when it was time to install new tub trim over the new stone installation on master tub. He took the time to check all the water pressure again and make sure everything was in great shape. New emergency shut off valves throughout, new piping, all the work they did adds peace of mind and we highly recommend William & his great team for that.

We use them for all of our plumbing installation needs for our business.
We have used Instant Plumbing several times between our primary residence and our rental property. We met them through our General Contractor during a major remodel project. Since then, they continue to be our go-to plumber for all our various issues. Tonight - we had an emergency backup that was flooding our new wood floors.
We called and within the hour on a Wednesday evening they were here. William (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. His price was more than reasonable, and we always know he does quality work. We can't recommend them highly enough. I will continue to tell people to give them a try.

The plumber was quick to arrive at our home and repaired the problem. He was tidy and showed respect for our home by leaving the area as clean as he found it. He gave me cards I will share with my neighbors. Actually, my neighbor gave me Instant Plumbing as a referral.
The tech that came out to help was Angel. He was very polite and professional. I have a manufactured home which makes finding people to work on my home difficult (due to having to go under the crawl space to work) but Angel made me feel very comfortable. He was willing to do the work under the house like it was it any other home instead of making a bigger deal like some companies will do. Angel was very fast, informative, and seemed to really care about his job. Thank you instant plumber you guys are great!

We called Instant Plumbing and rooter when on a Friday before we were headed out of town, we noticed our solar water heater was leaking and water was seeping out. Within a few hours of calling Instant plumbing and rooter they were at my house providing me options to replace my 6 year old Solar water heater. We chose to go with a Rude heat pump style heater as it seemed very high tech and safe to use with water leakage sensors (we have had our 2 previous water heater leak with one causing a flood in the home) When our water heater is located inside the home in the laundry room, safety of water detectage is a huge factor. The new water heater looks great and seems to be very efficient, we can even control the settings from our phone. I would always recommend Instant Plumbing and rooter for all of you plumbing needs.
7/8/21- Once again we called Instant plumbing and Rooter LLC as my under sink shut off in the kitchen needed replaced.. William replaced the hot & cold valves and ran all new plumbing. While he was here, I asked him to install our new kitchen Sink & Faucet as I had been waiting to get it installed so this was the opportune time... William did a beautiful job I would highly reccomend them for all of your plumbing needs

Called them Today and got a same day appointment. I was updated via message of every step. When they will arrive, what time the appointment is and so on.
Angel came with another tech. They fixed the issues I had quickly. Price was also reasonable.

Have used these guys multiple times. They are great. On time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They came out in a few hours notice to help find out if my swamp cooler water line was still hooked up. They came in jumped in the attic, figured out it had been disconnected and didn't charge me for their time. I was extremely impressed and will recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

William is fantastic to work with. He is on time, professional, friendly, thorough & meticulous. He is clean. When do you see a plumber wipe off all his equipment. He documents with clear pictures & descriptive diagnosis. I have worked with him 3 times in the last year. I wouldn't use another plumber! In addition, Nicole who handles scheduling & invoicing couldn't be any nicer or more knowledgeable than she already is. They have unclogged toilets, completed home inspections & scoped my drains revealing more than I could possibly have imagined.They are a win win company!!! I was not at the property and they kept me well informed about what needed to be done the cost and the cause of the problem. Great customer service.
Our tech was William. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he would do and provided an estimate. The work was completed in the time frame he provided.
I called due to a hole in the pipe leading in to the house which was producing mini geyser. Jesse and Brandon were here within 30 minutes and got me up and running. I have used Instant Plumbing numerous times and have also referred them to family members. They are a family owned company and excellent to do business with.

I needed to replace a wash machine we've had for over 25 years and the hoses were rusted to the faucets. I contacted Instant Plumbing and they were able to stop by very quickly, same day. He sized up the situation, quickly ran to their warehouse to get needed parts, cut out the old gate valve faucets, and installed new ball valve faucets, all within an hour or so. Seemed very easy for him (and I didn't have to buy/try new tools or rip apart my knuckles!!!).
I was/am very pleased. I referred a neighbor to them for some work they needed. I won't hesitate to contact them again with any of my future needs.
When Instant Plumbing & Rooter arrived to address my leak I was told that my NuvoH2O system had a crack in it and if I called the company I could get it replaced under warranty. When the replacement arrived a week later, Instant Plumbing came back and quickly installed it. Everything about this company impressed me...it was quick & easy it was to make an appointment, they came to my house the same day, they were on-time for both appointments, and everyone was friendly. I called Instant Plumbing for a leak we had in our living room suspecting it was coming from our Master Bath upstairs. They were able to come that same day and early enough for us to still make a previous engagement we had. They arrived, determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. Instant Plumbing is the ONLY plumber you will ever need. We had an emergency earlier this summer. The plumber that the home warranty company sent out said our sewer line had collapsed and said it would cost THOUSANDS of dollars to repair. Friends referred me to Instant Plumber for a second opinion. William (the owner) came out the same day, scoped the line to a confirmed the lines had NOT collapsed and was able to fix the problem for less than $850. Honest, professional, prompt...I will only use Instant Plumber in the future!
