Best Water Treatment in Glendale AZ

Called this comany to flush main drain from sewer back-up. They scheduled out 4 days for us anew customer. On 4th day they called and cancelled our appt citing too many new customers called in and 4 plumbers called in sick so they had to take care of current customers first. No apology, only excuses! I buzzed over to Parker & Sons and they dispatched a plumber in 2 hours and fixed they problem. My advise is stay away from this hive. Appears they can't handle what they advertise.

Robins Plumbing is amazing. I've used them 3 times (water heater, toilet valve repair, leaky pipe) and every time they are prompt, professional, affordable and very pleasant to work with. I'd recommend them to friends and family. They are my go to plumber in the valley.

We recently bought a home and needed several plumbing items worked on as we moved in. 100% Plumbing was easy to contact and work with. They were patient as we asked questions, throughly explained repairs, and discussed the costs and next steps throughout the entire process. We even had a couple items that came up unexpectedly as they were repairing other items and they were flexible in accommodating those while also handling the initial repairs. Being new to the area, finding reliable companies to do home repairs of any type is stressful, especially one as necessary as plumbing and 100% Plumbing did a fantastic job at not only the repairs but customer service. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any future work that we may need!

Quick fast and got the job done

Tried to get an estimate over the phone but they don't do that. Kitchen faucet is leaking and he quoted me over $1000. Outrageous. Just paid for the vist. Beware, they will rip you off!

It was Mother’s Day Weekend when we discovered our sink/garbage disposal was leaking. We called the Trusted Plumber and they were able to get someone out the next day, which we were happy with since it wasn’t an emergency. The plumber had an idea what was wrong before he even showed up. He was timely and professional the whole time he replaced our garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and service was great. Highly recommend The Trusted Plumber!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I have been using bumblebee plumbing for over a year . The first time they came out they saved me 10000.00 . So we called them again they sent Jake who took his time explaining what was going on and what needs to be done. We really appreciate the explanation and he was very honest upfront and made no promises! He left the work area very clean .

The plumber Estevan was very professional, efficient, and pleasant. He arrived within time specified. 5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Even though they were unable to do my project, they spent a lot of time answering my questions and provided a referral. Ryan and his assistant were professional and informative. I love the personal attention and follow-up, and will be calling them for any of my future plumbing needs.

The service I got from Roto Rooter was AWFUL. They completely gave me the run around. They tried charging me $500 to fix a pipe that was so called “the issue”. Got a second opinion from a different company- that wasn’t the issue WHATSOEVER. On top of that, Roto Rooter tries to separate the one issue and charge you for multiple things saying each issue is different. They lied to me multiple times AND I lost $389 through a billing dispute where they were not truthful- asked me to first cancel it with the guarantee of their service again. But after I cancelled- they had amnesia. Overall NOTHING got fixed- this lasted over a month of us going back and forth. The technician they sent out each time was rude while on our property. Didn’t wipe their shoes, disrespectful to my tenants etc. No craftsmanship. Listen to the negative reviews on here folks. If you want to be more stressed out and lose money, contact Roto Rooter. Would not recommend.
