Best Water Treatment in Glendale AZ

I purchased a new gas stove only to learn there was no shut off valve on our gas line. Was told to call a plumber. I called Bumblebee to give me a quote. Plumber showed up and told me that the gas pipe was in the wrong spot. He’d need to cut into our wall move the gas line to the other side, put in a shut off valve and install the stove to be flush with the wall. Quote was $1700!! I got another quote the next day from A Better Choice Plumbing. Explained the situation and they got it installed without moving the line for $225. All it took was better evaluation and some common sense. I guess I made the better choice.Edit: I guess I wasn’t clear enough. Bumblebee quoted me 3 different scenarios with doing the bare minimum for $335. (Just adding a shut off valve.) The other company accomplished what their $1619 quote was- for $225. Just throwing that out there. Didn’t feel like Bumblebee took much time to see the real picture. The gas line did not need to be moved at all. Bumblebee was quick to make it complicated and expensive. Having a second opinion was well worth it… our gas line got a shut valve, stove was installed and sits flush with the wall for less hassle and well over $1k cheaper.

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

AVOID.Our basement had an issue with the sewage extraction pump plumbing, a small sewage leak was dripping where the plumbing entered the wall causing a pretty nasty looking stain.We called Plumbing Masters and scheduled an appointment. My wife would be home to meet the plumber because I was going to be out of town.He came out, saw the situation and ended up quoting us almost $6200. This technician even admitted that he eavesdropped on my wife's phone conversation, and then went outside to speak with his supervisor before submitting a quote for us.When I heard that number I assumed my wife was mistaken, but when I was emailed the quote I was proven wrong. The first thing that piqued my interest was that they were attempting to charge us $2800 for a 1/2hp pump, and 15% off the second pump, at $2500.A quick google search showed that these pumps are $300-$1000 each, I ended up buying a middle of the road one for about $450.Once I saw that, I priced everything out, and completed the job myself in about four hours for a grand total of just under $600.This man came out, saw our house, saw my wife, made a judgement call and tried to absolutely rake us over the coals.I will *never* do business with this company, and I will vehemently recommend that people avoid them. I don't care how many positive reviews they have, they should be ashamed of how they treated us.

I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work! Can't beat that deal!! Great work, great experience 👍

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

I called Bumble Bee Plumbing at around 8AM 04/09/2021 due to a kitchen sink drain problem which appeared to be worsening each day no matter what I tried. I chose Bumble Bee Plumbing due to our experience with them a year ago installing some bathroom fixtures! They asked if I was ok with a half hour notice if someone became available for same day service. I agreed. Drew and Lupe were at my home before 1PM. Everything was explained to me, I was given options and they took care of everything. They remained kind and professional even when I had a melt down because I couldn't locate 2 of my indoor cats (amazing how well they can hide!) Once they were done, everything was cleaned up. Never knew how happy it could make me to hear water running down my drain! Love these guys!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
