Best Water Treatment in Glendale AZ

We called Bumble Bee because we kept getting a clog in our master bathroom toilet and shower. We have two bathrooms but only the master toilet was backing up. Jim camera the line and found a pipe with roots coming through from the bottom of the pipe. So he gave us a good quote we just need to come up with money. After getting the money saved up to do the work, we got the work done replaced part of the pipe that had roots growing up from the bottom. Was very happy with the work they did. But then we had the same problem again. Jim came back out and camera our line and unplugged our toilet. Thought we finally fixed the problem. 3 weeks later it happened again. I was a little frustrated at first because we spent so much money for a problem that still wasn't fixed. It was now the third time coming back for the same problem. I thought I was going to be charged for them coming back out again, but instead, Mike came out and camera the line again and finally found the problem. It was a piece of the toilet seal that was wedged in the pipe it was easy to miss. Mike showed us the problem on the camera and with great skill managed to pull it out! My husband and I were very impressed. He not only fixed the problem but made sure the check everything he could think of to make sure that everything was good. No charge and even got some money back from the last call. What we thought we going to be a pain to get resolved was surprisingly smooth and pleasant. Roger replaced our old water heater and softener. He installed a high-end tankless system that looks and works great, and was priced fairly. He was punctual, professional, accommodating, and patient with all of my questions. I will not hesitate to use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward. I prefer to support small businesses where the person that picks up the phone is the owner/operator and that's what I got with Roger.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.
