Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

Mike and Lupe and Bumble Bee Plumbing were absolutely amazing. I called for a leaky bathroom faucet and within 20 minutes, they were at my home. They sent me a text introducing Mike and Lupe with pictures and a little description before they entered my home. This was an amazing feature that I loved. They knocked on my door and practiced social distancing and wanted to introduce themselves before they put on all of their protective gear (face masks, gloves, etc.). They talked to me to understand the problem fully and proceeded to get to work. In under an hour, they completed the job and were drawing up payment. They quoted me the cost before beginning work so I knew upfront what it would be, which was very helpful. After everything was said and done, they cleaned and sanitized where they had been in my home. I would highly recommend Bumble Bee Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I had a clog in the waste disposal and after a quick call, they were able to come the next day to help me out. It would have been easy for them to just send someone to come by for an estimate but they came out when I needed them and did their job. They were very friendly too.

I called the company to come fix a leak in the plumbing. They said the plumber would be here in the morning. It wasn't until 8:00 PM that someone showed up. The plumber turned the water on to see where the leak was but then said he couldn't do anything about it. The house was flooded when he left. He left the water running when he left the house. All we had was a flooded house!

Dignity Plumbing is the absolute best!! They are responsive on time and their pricing is great. This company communicates and I know exactly when they will arrive!! Thank you Dignity for the great water softener!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Michael helped with the install of an outdoor gas appliance. Very knowledgeable of what was needed. He also came out on a Sunday morning to assist in getting the line installed and testing of the burners. My husband was washing the car late on a Sunday afternoon and tugged so hard on the hose that the outdoor faucet snapped off somewhere within the wall to our house. Water was gushing out of our wall. Panicked, I called Robins Plumbing which seemed to be the closest plumber to my house. While on the phone they helped me shut off the water and got a plumber to our home very quickly. They were very clear with their pricing (Sunday night emergency call) and called several times so that I knew exactly when the plumber would arrive. The plumber also called in advance to ask about our house construction to ensure that he had the correct saw on his truck to cut into our wall. I will always use this company in the future.

When I called Tom....He was at another job 22 miles away .....After explaining my emergency and sending a video, he said He'd be here as soon as he could....He left his very capable son to finish that job and reported here....he replaced a valve at the meter and capped off an unnecessary line in a very short time....Thank You Tom....for your....Quick Response, Great Professionalism, and Fair Price.....

Friday morning my husband arranged thru Home Depot to have Delta Mechanical do a warranty replacement on our water heater. Delta called and would have someone at our house between noon and 3:00 pm Friday. After receiving a text that the tech was on his way, I waited over an hour with no show. I called and was told the truck had problems so not today. The service was then scheduled Saturday morning between 8:00 and 10:00. At 9:15 I called to make sure someone was on the way. Oops. The tech called in sick and no one would be able to come.

I understand truck problems and people getting sick. What I don't get is not receiving a call letting me know. Had I not called back Friday afternoon or Saturday morning I'd still be waiting for someone to show up.

Not the way to provide customer service and make you feel valued.

I will contact Rheem Monday to see if something can be worked out with the warranty thru another Rheem plumber. But I'll eat the warranty credit before I do business with Delta or Home Depot again.

Owner is a unprofessional and rude. Don’t trust this business with your money.
