Michael Nole was very professional in handling our issues with a backed-up drain. I'm here back in Ohio while my home in Sun City had problems. He communicated very well of what was necessary to repair the issues. He sent pictures of the problem to convince me of what needed to be done to clear up the problem. Not sure what it’s all called, but the setup that comes into the house from the city started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. David from Deer Valley plumbing came to do the repair. He was early, professional and very patient since it started to rain while he was working. Just making his work that much tougher.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Colin fixed and upgraded four urinals and serviced four toilets in our restroom that were older and occasionally running. All run like clockwork now.

Service tech communicated when on the way. Reviewed the service for the tankless water heater and cost which was reasonable. Professional presentation from beginning to end and no mess left behind. Thanks McKinley!
