It’s difficult these days to find a professional, responsive, honest, plumbing company. Roger and Armstrong are who you need to call. Roger was a referral from a friend of a friend. He answered the on first call and came out the very next day when I had a water leak in my garage. The water leak was coming from my air-conditioning unit and not the plumbing. Robert had the integrity to tell me what was causing the problem and not try to charge me for a repair he didn’t do. I know other plumbers would have taken advantage of the opportunity to stick me with a big bill. Roger was great and will have a customer for life

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Robins Plumbing are a great company to call out for your plumbing issues. They arrived on time, giving me prior notice that they were on their way and immediately got to work. They didn’t try to oversell me anything. They actually charged me a lot less than I was expecting as my plumbing issue wasn’t quite as severe as I’d anticipated. It’s really nice to know that honest companies like this are still around. I highly recommend that you use these folks for your plumbing needs.
