I was changing my toilet to a new one, the on/off water valve snapped off and started leaking bad I called other plumbers but they couldn't get to it until the next day then I called phay plumbing and within 30 minutes he was at my house fixing it and the entire time he was talking my through what he was doing and even found other problems I had. He ended up having to replace the valve, a flange that was extremely old and even installing the new toilet for free.

I called Rapid Fire yesterday as water was gushing out of an outside pipe. Tom instructed me to turn off my main water supply. Gabe was here very quickly after calling and explaining the problems I was having. He installed my microwave and added an end/nipple for the hookup of my gas stove. The installer couldn’t do the installation of the microwave because they were unprepared to do the job.
I will definitely have One Shot Installation come back to do any work that’s needed.
