Best Reverse Osmosis Installation in Glendale AZ

Chance installed our reverse osmosis system and took a look at a few other plumbing questions we had around the house. He was very knowledgable, professional and efficient!

I paid $175 for nothing. ☹️ I was referred to this company from the equipment manufacturer. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler exactly what the issue was as per the manufacturer. The technician was very apologetic but the company doesn’t even perform the repair needed! I had to pay for a trip charge - $175. Why didn’t the scheduler tell me this when I called? Did she listen to the issue I was calling about? Obviously not! I feel like I got screwed without getting kissed. Very unhappy. Giving two stars because the technician was on-time and extremely polite.

Mike and Cesar did a phenomenal install of a tankless water heater and water softener system. The workmanship is beautiful, and very neat and tidy in our garage. The pricing was neither low nor high, but in line with all of the other estimates we received. The professionalism of both Mike and Cesar, and their relaxed dispositions is why we chose Bumblebee. They allowed us to make the decision of what we wanted and never tried to upsell. During the install they explained the vast majority of what we needed to know, so that we aren't surprised when the system self flushes some random night. They even took it a step further and ran a line from the R/O tank to my refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Top notch front to back and top to bottom. Would definitely refer friends and family in the future.Adding an update: In a follow-up consultation and plumbing system check up, Joel came and went through our whole system. He was just as courteous and professional as the two gentlemen who installed our water heater/softener. He let us know that there are no urgent needs to be repaired, but did offer several estimates for if we wanted to upgrade our toilets or the disposal. As far as I'm concerned, we have found our plumbing company going forward.

I called a local plumber for a broken pipe and they charged me $150. I tried looking for another one on Yelp and found Deer Valley Plumbing - Glendale. They're been in business for over 47 years - they've got to be able to do something right! I called them, was put on hold after the receptionist picked up the phone, then hung

Estevan was a great partner. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and helped ease our concerns about the water leak. The price he charged was very reasonable and the customer service we experienced was exceptional.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Just got both hose bibs replaced. Prompt, professional and even better than new! Both of these were leaking badly and wasting water. Now they are using a bigger valve and work even better than originally designed.
