After having a rough expensive experience with Rotor Rooter, I decided to get a second quote and I am glad I did. Going with 100% plumbing was such a difference, I felt like they were more experienced and they have lower prices with all the same warranties. Tim Castillo was our tech and because of him I will recommend anybody I know that has a plumbing repair to 100% plumbing . We had Sav-On Plumbing replace two leaky bathroom faucets on our master bathroom tandem sink. Branden (our installer) gave us the option of Sav-On purchasing the faucets or us doing it ourselves, and he gave recommendations on what brands to buy if we did it - which we did. He even double-checked before he started the installation that what we purchased was what we really wanted, as it was brushed nickel versus polished silver for other things in our bathroom (we wanted the nickel - much easier to keep looking good!).

He arrived at the scheduled time (actually called and asked if he could come a bit early - no problem!), and did an excellent job - everything looks great and nicely aligned. He was professional, courteous, meticulous in his workmanship, and kept us informed during the entire process.

This review is being written nearly 3 months later - no problems with the installation, no more leaks! We highly recommend Sav-On Plumbing!
