Dan was amazing. He came in and looked at the issue. Discover the problem and quoted the price. It was a larger issue than expected so he showed me the issue and gave the new price. He told me about their vip program and it saved some money. The price was a bit more than expected but based on showing me the issue he allowed some time to think about it. He educated me in the decision I was making and offered a program that with the discount applied it would help if any other issues occur. Even getting the program a year I saved more than the 12 month cost and added protection in case more plumbing issues arise in my home. Found I had a leaking water heater, so I called Bradley plumbing. They worked me into their schedule, and arrive slightly before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and went and got a new water heater. Had it installed within an hour.

They (Todd had another technician with him but I can't remember his name) We had to order the part from manufacturer, which Todd did over the phone. Will have to wait for the part so no repair was done at this time. Very courteous and easy going. We had him look at another valve which was also a cartridge issue. Would recommend to others.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. They gave me an estimate on a installing a Toto toilet and removing a bidet and toilet. I'm sure it took more time than they thought but the bill was exactly what they said and the work product was excellent. They also installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. And they recommended an electrician and a dry wall guy who both did great work at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend.

We had a outdoor hose seize up on the faucet. The plumber turned off the water, remove the old faucet along with the hose and installed a new faucet. The work was done quickly and the plumber was very pleasant and personable. We are members with Bumblebee and therefore there was no service call fees to pay.

A leaking outdoor spigot needed to be replaced. The receptionist scheduled us for the next day. The technician arrived on time, and within an hour the job was done. Everything was fast, easy, and convenient. We've used Deer Valley Plumbing before and this is why we'll keep using them.

I had a very good first experience with Christian Brothers & their tech, Justin. They were open & transparent about all the work, & the charges were not unreasonable. My one complaints is that I asked for pictures of the work as it was performed & completed, & Justin said he would send them, but I never received them. My second experience was much less satisfying. I felt I was way overcharged for a mainline cleanout. I have had mainline cleanouts done many times & it's usually somewhere around $200 or $250, but this one was several times more. Since it was an emergency, I didn't have the time to get other estimates. I definitely felt I was taken advantage of & I do not plan on using Christian Brothers again.

After two other plumbers could not determine the reason for the low water pressure in our new utility sink we called in the best plumber. We spoke with Michael in the morning. Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me.
