Met JR for the first time today and was so impressed. He quickly replaced my broken valve at the sink & then took the time to evaluate the other valves and fixtures for potential issues. He answered all my questions concerning upcoming renovations and provided helpful tips. I will definitely be calling JR for all my plumbing needs!

They found the problem and fixed it, they did not rush, they were not slow, they cleaned up after themselves. Good workmanship, you can tell they have pride in their work. They did not try to sell me anything extra. I will call on them again.
