The plumbing professional took their time in answering all of my questions and even troubleshooting multiple spots to ensure that there was not some other underlying problem. Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

We have used Instant Plumbing several times between our primary residence and our rental property. We met them through our General Contractor during a major remodel project. Since then, they continue to be our go-to plumber for all our various issues. Tonight - we had an emergency backup that was flooding our new wood floors.

We called and within the hour on a Wednesday evening they were here. William (the owner) quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. His price was more than reasonable, and we always know he does quality work. We can't recommend them highly enough. I will continue to tell people to give them a try.
