Alex and crew came out to troubleshoot what I expected to be a swimming pool leak. He was able to pinpoint the leak to the spa ; made recommendations on how to repair it quickly and inexpensively. Great service and saved me money on the repair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My washer valve needed repaired, I thought, Hey, that looks easy to fix myself! Almost but not quite, water went everywhere! Homeowners worst nightmare, right! so I called up Roto Rooter at 11:00PM and they had their techs to my house first thing in the morning! The service these two gentleman gave was just outstanding! They were polite, easy to talk to and got in and fixed the issue (my incorrect issue)! Thanks Roto Rooter for having great Techs!

Jack is a one stop shop when it comes to plumbing. He plumbed our entire apartment we are building and as you can see many repairs on our current home.

Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! Great customer service, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Rapid Plumbing and will use them again!

Another kudos to Rapid Fire for their fast and honest customer service! We tried to flush our water heater today but the drain was totally blocked. I appreciated the honest feedback from Tom and will keep him on speed-dial for my future plumbing needs!

I called The Plumber Guy as I found your ad in The Grand Season publication. We needed a toilet repair and Carlin came out and fixed it at a reasonable price. Carlin was very pleasant and professional with great customer service. Thank you again Carlin for a job well done. Also happy that Liz gave me call when Carlin was on his way. LOL - here call this 3rd company and let us know what they say, before we can schedule work. What do you mean that company was sold a few weeks ago, huh, good to know. What!?! Then once the work is complete they don't do outback aka fix the drywall. Which means you have to work with another company. I ended up working with a larger name company and had 1 stop shop, not multiple companies, multiple bills and multiple fingers pointing at each other!

Juan came to our home for a same-day emergency appointment. He went above and beyond to assess the problem, fixed it quickly, and kept the cost at the estimate they had given me over the phone. This was the first time we have used this company but it certainly won't be the last.

I definitely say all of the reviews posted here about One Shot Installation and Gabe are 100% spot on! I called Gabe because of an issue with the circuit breakers and electric receptacles at my house. Fortunately for me, Gabe literally was in the area and he was able to get to my house within a half hour my calling.

Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a fairly simple one and Gabe was patient enough to walk me through exactly what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He charged me a very reasonable price for the work he did, considering I called him late on a Saturday afternoon on Thanksgiving Weekend. Another electrician I called yesterday wanted to charge me $950 for the first hour. Gabe's prices were no where near that high. His prices were extremely fair and he was very professional.

Needless to say, I took Gabe's business card. He and One Shot Installation will now be our Go To company for all of our electric needs and for any other handy-man type projects for around our house. Gabe is the best!! Cannot thank him enough.

Cost me $800 including parts and labor to have brand new Rheem hot water heater installed 1 year ago. Couldn't do my annual flush was clogged wanted to charge me $900 to fix not including new hot water heater. Rip off never call again. Will tell everybody

Tried to upsell me everything but the kitchen sink. Still charged me $60 for service call even though they charge $59 for hot water heater service was not performed.

Mark was really helpful and went out of his way to help me get the right part and guide me to secure a leak in the house. This was even without an appointment and commitment for work. I will be formally engaging Mark to replace the pipe and the faucet.

Service technician was prompt and professional
