I’m really glad I found Robins Plumbing, I went into my garage this afternoon and discovered a puddle of water that looked to be coming from a wall, I called Robins Plumbing after one other company didn’t even answer and another told me they couldn’t come out until Monday (today is Wednesday), not willing to wait 5 days I called Robins and Janet was super friendly on the phone and told me she could have a plumber at my house between 3 & 5 that evening, about 20 minutes later she called back and said she had an opening and they were on they way now. I got a call a few minutes later from Chris and he advised me he would be there in 20 minutes, Chris showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained why it happened and how he could fix it, he also explained some other things about the plumbing in my house that was very helpful, he quickly fixed the leak and even recommended a restoration company to repair the water damage to my drywall and other things. Everything about my experience with Robins Plumbing was great from beginning to end, couldn’t be more happy!

Adam came really quick to help with broken and loose tub faucet and told me it wasn’t broken and exactly how to fix the loose problem didn’t even charge to come look very helpful and professional! Will be calling again for future plumbing needs !

Very professional, honest, and fair pricing.

The plumber was very nice and he did a great job, HOWEVER, the job took him less than 2 hours and cost $415.00. I believe this is extremely high for what needed to be done. To reconnect plumbing under a kitchen sink seems like price gouging to me. It works out to be about $200 an hour!
