I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. He made the process very easy and quick. Thank you again! Much appreciated!

Jimmy Joe installed my water heater two years ago so I called him when my sink was leaking and I was out of town. He sent someone the next day and it was fixed. The office kept me informed and it was easy and professional. I will call him again.

I had 3 HVAC companies come out to estimate a furnace and ductwork replacement and repair to my AC lines. Frederick and sons was by far the most professional of the bunch. He followed up and was responsive to our needs. The rew was a pleasure to work with. There estimate was competitive and there service first rate.
Final bill contained no surprises, what we paid was what was quoted.

Our main line was blocked. After looking through local plumbers and reading reviews I called Aspen. The guy that showed up (Scott) was excellent. He cleared the line quickly and charged a very fair rate. As long as I live in Gilbert, Aspen will be our preferred plumbing service.

Scheduled an appointment and was given a 2 hour window. 20 minutes before the window ending, I called to get an update. It took me calling them multiple times to find out their technician called in and never showed up to any of their appointments. Ridiculous...

Would NOT recommend. Called on a Monday and made an appointment for a technician to come to my house that Friday. He told me was not able to give me an estimate right away because he needed to see the costs of modifications. That’s fine but they never got in contact with me or updated me with any news. I’ve been calling everyday to see the status and every time they “promise” to call me the following day with an update. They never called me back, and when i call they “don’t know”. This company is so unprofessional, and i can’t imagine how their jobs are if they can’t even come up with a simple expense report. It’s been TEN days since the tech came & I’ve still heard nothing. My insurance company has told me they are ending the contract with them tomorrow.

Beach Plumbing came to our rescue; they were professional, honest, and very accommodating. The price was fair and reasonable, compared to other companies who overcharge. In addition, they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it, which I appreciated. Other companies we had contacted couldn't make it to our house for several days even though they listed an emergency contact number. Several did not even call me back. This is the company Home Depot is contracted with for toilet disconnect and reconnect when you get flooring install done by HD. Initial visit and three toilet disconnect and reconnect of two toilets went great. Then the problems started.

Toilet flange on first floor sat too high. The repair is to remove it, and install a new one at the correct height. I got scheduled and rescheduled no fewer than four times in less than a week. Three of them I left work to meet them at the property. On the third visit (Wednesday) I get on the phone with the dispatch office and the tech still at my house after the tech tells me hes only quoting the job. Have to schedule for a work visit. Its now promised for the next day (Thursday _ visit 4). The last straw was when the scheduled time for the visit to do the work with the tech on Thursday rolls around, I get a call saying they need to bump me to Saturday, no explanation. I accepted it and then promptly fired them after I found a company that followed through on what they said. Estimated and fixed, literally the same day (Thursday). Never again with these people..

Jim responded to my phone complaint of no heat. He identified the
problem quickly, restoring heat pump to active status. At my request
he also performed the annual inspection on my Trane system. Jim

My family has used Kendall Plumbing for as long as I can remember. Kendall has always been fair, kind, and knowledgeable!

I bought my first home last year. Kendall himself came to help inspect my home and let me know certain things, and what to expect given the age of appliances/fixtures. Since then I've had his guys out to my home 3 different times. Different reasons (clogged sinks, disposals not working) and the service has been the same. Great employees, who work efficiently and with great care.

Today, Scott came out and replaced my hot water heater, removed a non working water softener that we inherited from the previous owners, he checked a sink that was leaking and discovered our disposal was leaking and he replaced that as well!! All was done quickly (for the amount of work needed), he was kind and patient and explained different things to me about the hot water heater, and the price was beyond fair.

I wont go to anyone else for my needs. I'm a Kendall Plumbing customer for life.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gold Star. Corie was the technician that replaced the disposal in my house, he was polite, professional, and had the unit changed out in no time! I will be using Gold Star for future plumbing issues should they arise.
