Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

Recently we had some water damage in our vacation rental. We live in Chicago and long distance the clog was fixed by Aspen Plumbing very quickly.
Chris Deschamps worked with them to coordinate the dry out. His step by step follow through to walk me the process of dry out was done long-distance and coordinated with a friend staying in our property was very helpful until I was able to fly in. While I had limited time in Scottsdale, Chris made it a tough time much easier by working with the insurance co. and me to get our place fixed in a timely manner. His service was outstanding!

On a Sunday Edward came within an hour of my conversation with the main office. I can’t tell you how appreciative I was. My toilet had cracked (he discovered) and the valve was broken so I had to turn off the water for the whole house. I am 75, live alone and need water in a desert. In addition they notified a company to assess water damage the same day. It just couldn’t have turned out any better. He was the nicest guy ever. Go with this company

I have never experienced excellent service as Mr. Rooter plumbing. The problem I was having several times over the past years was fixed and done fantastic. No one In the past Could permanently figure out what the problem was . Oscar did Solve that problem and within hours. .... On the same day I called, which was the first time I called Mr. Ruder Plumbing . They did diagnose and fix the water Issue.

Talk about superior service available to ANYONE ANYWHERE in the valley! I called up on a weekend to get my tubs fixed and they had me booked in to be seen pretty quick -- a few days -- especially considering how far they had to come (Tolleson/Avondale). The work was done while explaining everything to me, not trying to pull a fast one using technical terms. The first company I called was offering a lower price, sure, but without a service guarantee (which is what sold me, this AZ water will wreck your showers if you're not careful). You get what you pay for, and with how tricky plumbing can be, why not spend a little more? I always shop local and home repair services are no exception.
