Best Water Heating Systems in Gilbert AZ

I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! We had a very professional and thorough service call

Had a hose end burst requiring a full shutdown of water until it could be fixed. Called 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing and got a quote instantly. Justin came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. While he was replacing that, I mentioned a couple of other issues I wanted feedback on, and found that the issues were much more serious than expected. At no point did I feel pressured into buying, or feel like the conversation was transactional. It was purely informative, and I made the decision to get it resolved. 5+ years of issues, just gone. I'm so happy to have reached out to 911 HVAC, and even more happy that they have such excellent people like Justin working for them. They will be my go to solution for HVAC needs. We were having trouble with our RO system. They came out and weren’t able to fix it, but they didn’t charge a service fee for this. That was crazy because most companies charge just to come out. We ended up needing to replace the system, so went with Second Opinion. They were on time, quick and clean. The RO system works even better than our other one. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

This company is wonderful. They went above and beyond to install our new a/c system sooner than we expected and we can't thank them enough. The installers worked so hard and worked late to complete the job and were great to work with. Would absolutely recommend them as a 5-star company.

James arrived exactly when he said. He was very efficient verifying the maintenance for our HVAC systems. Once completed he gave a detailed briefing of what he found and the requirements to bring the system up to peak performance. I would request him again in a heart beat.
