My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Thomas was on time and very professional. I got a 30 minute call when he was on his way which I appreciated. After inspecting the unit on the roof, he came inside and showed me pictures and described exactly what was going on with the unit. He had it repaired within 30 minutes at a fair price. Super impressed with the service level of this company! I called around 8 am and they had someone dispatched to my property within an hour.
They came out and assessed our need (leaking water main between the meter near the street and our home) and gave me a free estimate to do the work and even put in a call with Blue Stake to come mark my property before we start digging. Given the size of the job, the needed repair is expensive. I decided to try to tackle it myself because I couldn't afford to do it with their help. I offered to pay for the service call, estimate and Blue Stake arrangements they made for me. Greg refused, saying they don't charge for an estimate and were happy to do it. I was floored. I tried one more time to pay for their trouble, but they refused. Wow! I will definitely use them (and refer them) in the future. Tremendous service!

2022 -UPDATE: Mason came out today for my yearly checkup, all is well as usual.
2018 These guys installed my unit on my previous home so they were my first call to replace my elderly unit in my new place. They are very dependable and always on time. They are very neat and organized. I love that they are polite and will explain anything you need. I can't believe how quiet the new unit is and I love the app to control the unit.
