Best Shower Valve Repair/Replacement in Gilbert AZ

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

Kyle with Second Opinion Plumbing removed our old broken water heater, installed a tankless water heater, fixed some plumbing in the garage, and installed a backyard mister system. The work was perfect. He was professional, quick, easy to work with. I really appreciated how quick he responded to our need and how he explained everything. I'm very happy with the service and certainly plan to use him and Second Opinion Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Joe was on time, professional & very knowledgable. He explained everything which helped alot since I know nothing about plumbing. Very disappointed with their customer service. I had a water heater that needed servicing (covered under a less than one year warranty, therefore, the water heating company pays 100% of the cost). The water heating company told me I was to receive a call from DELTA MECHANICAL, who had ACCEPTED the work order. I never received a call, so I called them. I explained the situation to the customer service agent and she was a very poor listener; she was not comprehending what I was saying. She finally told me the manager said the water heating company covered the parts and labor, but not the service call, which was $185. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager sent me to voicemail and then never returned my call. I contacted the water heating company and thankfully they set me up with a different repair company because DELTA MECHANICAL WAS TRYING TO HUSTLE ME FOR $185 DOLLARS! SO DISGUSTING! A good manager would have apologized and tried contacting the water company, but the manager at Delta Mechanical wouldn't even speak to me. What does that suggest about their customer service values?
