I wanted to leave some feedback about Ben. He’s a tech there at Dukes of Air and he was just awesome! He came in and installed a water softener in my home and immediately became a part of the family. His down to earth personality really made me confident that I was choosing the right company to install my water softener. Even though I spent only a few hours with Ben, I felt like I’ve known him for years after talking with him. He does quality work and knows how to talk to customers.

I also would like to leave a review about Tanner of Dukes of Air. He came and did maintenance on my air conditioning units. The guy is just smart. He taught me a lot about my units and was very honest with me. He knows how to build a good rapport with his customers and is very technical in his profession.

Overall, I’ve been very happy working with Dukes of Air so far and I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we woke up to a busted water heater and a flooded garage. The last thing we needed right now. Jeff was incredible and came out the same day we called and we had a new water heater installed by the early afternoon. He was nothing but respectful and professional and made the whole process painless.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service I recieved from Austin (tech) , he was very professional and above all very quick and honest. I will call on this company for any future work needed. The cost was very fair and the work was quality.

System was installed by Farnsworth. System was not routed correctly and leaked onto the ceiling. Ceiling drywall and insulation fell on the carpet. They didn't route the drain line into the new system. After they fixed the drain line the AC unit fell and caused more damaged not only to the drywall but the air handler itself and they refuse to fix it making excuses left and right. Reviewed the installation and there were broken straps, bottles of Gatorade left and the worst part is that the rigged my new plenum I purchased to fit the ducting. Half the ducting was hanging off the plenum and the planum replaced was said to be bigger but was almost 1/2 the size of my old one. Had to call the ROC and still in the process of getting it 100%. Don't call this company. Spend the extra $200-500 and get someone who cares and does it right the first time and not 30 trips later and still haven't been able to get the job done. Completely brand new replacement ... what a poor joke.

Joe was on time, professional & very knowledgable. He explained everything which helped alot since I know nothing about plumbing. He provided a detailed report of the entire process from beginning to end. It was worth the money to have the assurance that the job was done right. I will defenitely use them again.

I have a basement home, and I hired Goldstar plumbing and drain to replace one of my two sump pumps that had gone out. The product they installed was a Liberty high quality grinder pump with an high water alarm system. The work was done in a professionally and the master plumbers wore booties over their shoes to protect our carpet and travertine floors. The guys were extremely polite and courteous, while in our home. Gold Star and their staff exceeded our expectations!

I wasn’t in a fun situation with water essentially hemorrhaging underground somewhere in front of my house. Dekota was able to help walk me through a diagnosis of what was happening, options, an estimate, and a recommendation over the phone. When he came out he was friendly and great to work with, and communicated really well what was happening and why he was taking his approach. It’s never fun to need a big plumbing job, but I felt better about it with the solid communication and quick work.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
