We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Great service. My service tech called in advance of his arrival and showed up exactly as he promised. He explained the solution to my plumbing problems in plain terms and not only informed me that the parts may be still under a manufacturer warranty, he helped me deal with the manufacturer to obtain those parts at no cost. That alone saved me several hundred dollars. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problems.

Amazing work by a knowledgeable, professional repairman who showed up early and worked diligently until he had the problem fixed. He found burnt wiring and had to take on quite a large project. He was in and out within an hour and a half, was polite, and cleaned up after himself like he was never there. I give PlumbSmart 10 out of 5 stars!

My advice to all potential customers, get them to give you a list price of what a particular work you need costs. They will make excuses, but believe me they have a book with listed “standard” prices. Get a good idea what you’re getting into before you request a visit. They take your CC to secure their trip charge. If you give them that, you will dig yourself into a hole. Get a pre visit estimate - no matter how general and “ball park”. There are enough plumbers around to give you $0 visits.

I fully intended to use this business to help with disconnect/ reconnect of plumbing related to countertop installation. I agreed to the “trip charge” of $150. I figured it would be absorbed into the overall cost of the project - as every other plumber I have ever used that charges for a visit. I explained what the scope of the work was, and asked for an estimate, but was told that it would only be available after visiting. Anyhow, the cost turned out to be so exorbitant that I decided to just pay Joe the trip charge without any work done at all. Very personable, probably very competent, but shockingly expensive. I ended up doing the disconnect and replacing two valves myself.

The project was very well done and cordial technicians made this an overall great experience.

I have utilized Gary twice for shower issues. He has been great with accommodating my schedule and fitting me in to come over quickly. On time, easy to talk to, makes recommendations as to what is best option. Doesn’t rush, really seems to take his time to do it right. No pressure, very reasonable and just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again.

Rich and his crew were prompt, available, recommended what they would do for their own families, very trustworthy which is important in a business that lots of homeowners are not fluent in. We will definitely be coming back to STREAMLIME for all our plumbing needs.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
