Hyre construction and plumbing

I have known Travis Hyre for almost 10 years now. He has done work on 2 of my own homes now and some of my clients homes. I will NEVER use another contractor

It was an easy decision for me to choose Hyre Construction for my kitchen remodel. Travis provided me with clear and honest expectations, ultimately resulting in a fantastic finished result! Hyre Construction will be the only consideration when the time comes to remodel my bathroom!

Hyre contruction is amazing! From the beggining of the project to the last bit of clean up, Travis was great. He was incredibly prompt in scheduling a site visit and in all communications. I really enjoyed working worh Travis, he is super kind and goes above and beyond.

Ken and his crew did a complete remodel on one of my customers and did impeccable work. The owner was very happy with the end result.

Travis and his team have completed 3 projects for me, ranging from creating a doorframe for french doors to a complete kitchen remodel. All the projects, especially the kitchen, exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, professional, reliable, and just absolutely fun people to work with. Very professional, showed up on time, did what he said he would for the price he quoted! 1st time ever I've been impressed with a contractor. The tile man he hired was excellent and my bathroom looks amazing! I have posted before and after pictures!

So unprofessional. Just wasted a month of my time. I needed a galvanized post base replaced. Explained it was not a typical job due to an expensive acrylic overlay that surrounds the base. This guy didn't even do an estimate or look at the job beforehand.
The day of the job he shows up 2 hours early and looks at it over my fence and proceeds to buy the wrong replacement piece. Then tells me I can just paint the existing one even though it is rusted out.
I told him to leave because he obviously was not prepared to do the job correctly.
What contractor doesn't even look at the job before agreeing to do it? Then makes up excuses when he arrives to do the job. I wasted my day scheduling him.

Just got done looking over Ken Curry's total interior remodel work and I am blown away. Not since Cher's last comeback tour has something so dated and retro been remaid into something so modern and chic. He took a kitchen that would've fit in on Stranger Things and turned it into something HGTV worthy! Cannot recommend enough!

We used Hyre Construction for a complete home remodel. The project was started and completed per schedule and estimate. Communication during the project was excellent as was the work. We would highly recommend Travis and his crew.

I have dealt with a number of construction companies over the years and this was much different. I have never met someone so thorough and transparent as Travis. From the start of project we knew what to expect and Hyre delivered on schedule, price and quality. I wouldn’t think twice about allowing them to do our next project.

Travis is a sharp guy. He is honest and does great work. I completely recommend him.

I just finished hiring Hyre construction to do some repairs on my house. They did a great job repairing sheetrock and matching the paint. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will be using them again. TY Bill S

I first hired them to take care of some framework for a bathroom remodel that the current contractor didn't want to do. Travis was able make some suggestions that made the repairwork simpler than anyone else I got an estimate from. I then hired them to do a remodel on my guest bathroom. That second bathroom remodel went without a hitch & the end result looks awesome. I then ended up hiring them a third time to replace the windows in my home. Travis was able to price match a competitor & actually get us some better quality Windows in the process. The window install just finished up & they look great. I've already started the groundwork on getting estimates from them on a few other home projects. So I would say, definitely Hire Hyre. Their work has been top notch for me so far.

I contacted Hyre for shelves to be taken out and new shelves to be built in my office closet, along with a new outlet to be added. Travis was the one I talked to from the start and he was the one to come out and complete the project. I was worried that no one would want to take my project since it was a small build, but Travis didn't seem to mind and was courteous and super helpful throughout the build. He suggested materials to meet my needs and had me check to make sure everything was going the way I wanted during the built itself. He listened to my requests and built me four glorious new shelves exactly where and how I wanted them. A drywall expert came out as well to fix the wall when the shelves were taken out and he was so very nice and was really good about cleaning up after.
However, I don't feel right giving 5/5 because Travis was an hour late for no stated reason (although I was warned via text 8 mins before our scheduled time that he would be late), some of the shelves were not flush with the wall which is making my life a little more difficult in caulking before painting them, and the bottom bracket in the middle is missing a screw underneath. Nothing Earth shattering or deal breaking, but small annoyances nonetheless. I really wish I could give 4.5 instead of 4 but Google won't let me.
Overall, I am happy with my shelves and thankful for Travis's help in getting them built. My office closet is now much more functional!
