We hired Frederick and sons to come out and do several projects at our home which we were remodeling. First, I completely agree with the other reviewer that Leonard, the father, is incredibly rude. However, Levi the son, is very pleasant and nice to work with. Our project was fairly large… We needed pipes moved, we needed a drain created for a bathtub that we converted to shower, a bath tub installed along with several other projects. I wish I could post pictures because we ended up having to have them come back because the drain they installed for the shower sat above the ground 2 inches and the drain they installed for the bath tub, was broken, dirty and banged up. Considering all the work they had done we thought these were just a small oversight and they did come back and fix them.

Fast forward to today. I had them scheduled to come out and install the plumbing for the kitchen sink, the bathroom sinks, install the dishwasher and the gas cooktop. They came out and there was an issue with the bathroom faucets. They called me and told me what the issue was and I immediately got on the phone and was trying to rectify the situation. I asked them if they could just move onto the kitchen sink, dishwasher and cooktop since we were planning on moving into the house tomorrow.

A half hour later I get a call from Leonard who advises me that he has pulled his workers from the job, that he doesn't want to deal with the hassle of the bathroom sinks and that they are gone and not coming back. I was completely shocked and told him that he did not need to do the bathroom faucets but could they please finish the rest of the work that they were there to do. He refused saying he wanted nothing to do with this job and would not be returning.

So now here we are moving into the house tomorrow, scheduled to have 25 people over to our house for Easter on Sunday and I have no cooktop, no dishwasher, and no faucets anywhere in my house. I am scrambling to find another plumber to come in and do the work that I scheduled with him over a week ago. I have never in my life seen such terrible customer service. To leave a person in a situation like this is ridiculous. I understand that the bathroom faucets wouldn't work and I told them it was fine, I would figure out another solution for the bathroom faucets but I asked them if they could please finish the rest of the work that I had hired them to do and they refused. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. The owner has absolutely no regard for his customers, would not hesitate to leave you in a bind and is an overall unpleasant person to deal with.

Juan was very helpful and professional. He arrived on time and completely solved the problem. However the company has enacted a very high flat rate that wasn’t in effect the last time we hired this company. They have a 6 month warranty so if there’s problems in that time frame they’ll fix it for free. Excellent service, but definitely more money than we would typically spend for plumbing.

Ryan put a new air condition in a second home I have and did a fantastic job! His prices are very competitive and does what he says he will. I highly recommend for any air conditioning related jobs.

The tech was on time, fully vaccinated, pleasant and efficient. He changed the garburator quickly and cleaned up everything. He was in and out in 30 minutes. First class all around.

We highly recommend them, and will use them again when necessary. They are great!

Jessie has called ahead and set good expectations prior to the appointment since we had considered using home warranty. He arrived in a timely manner, quickly fixed my problem and took time to educate us on how to properly maintain our plumbing. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again in the future.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

I was very thankful to use Gentry Remodeling for my water heater replacement. The digital contract and paperwork are handy!

Partnering with mammoth services has been a huge help to our business. They are very prompt at getting back to people about their home repairs and Lydia has been very helpful and professional. Definitely recommended using there services.

Can't recommend Streamline more highly for their trustworthy/professional service at reasonable prices. When it comes to plumbers, if you find one you can trust it's like finding gold. Streamline Plumbing is gold! I have used them many times and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.
