These guys are amazing! On time! Polite! Knowledgeable! Professional! Shawn took the time to walk me through every step and patiently answered all questions I had in a thorough and respectful way. The work was complete and well done quicker than I expected!! No hassle getting them to come by, they worked around my schedule, and called before they came over!! My wife had them come out when our pipes had backed up. They were prompt on the initial service. They needed to clear a drain through a pipe access from the roof of our house that was blocked by a solar panel. They did not mark the pipe they needed access to so when the solar company came out they were unsure of the panels to remove. I had to make many phone calls to try and resolve this. They did not call me back when they said they would. I finally get put on hold to then be told that their piece of equipment they need to use is broken and they wont be getting it fixed until the end of the month. Their recommendation was to find another company to do the job. We have been without this bathroom for a month already. I would not recommend working with this company from my experience.

I have worked with Scott and his crew from EZ Flow Plumbing for almost 10 years now. I started with them doing some major plumbing remodeling at our company. They are now my go to for anything residential. I have used them to redo the shower faucets and water cartridges in our old home that we sold and have now just used them in our rental to take care of some really nasty plumbing blockage. They are on time, always professional and always get the job done thoroughly!! Thanks and they come highly recommended.

I had a friend recommend Superstition Plumbing to me and what a find. I have had them fix three plumbing problems in my house and I am extremely satisfied with their work. The most recent problem was a slab leak. They discussed my options and gave me the best solution. They are clean, professional, punctual, and they get the job done! If anyone ever asks me if I know a plumber, I will always say, “Superstition Plumbing!” They rock!

Run don't walk to book somewhere else especially if you're an elderly woman, minority (native), veteran cause I am sure a man would not be mistreated and called a liar by Home Depot customer service.

1. I made it clear I did not have any water. Delta Mechanical said I was lucky cause I got the Last appointment on Saturday at 2pm.

Thank you Donna (no last was given cause she refused)

Donna scheduled an appointment for 10am Monday

Donna said she forwarded my complaints to her supervisor.
1. Donna said Tamaka Perez double booked the technician cause they had been booked since 8am on Saturday all day
2 Donna said that she made an appointments with Videl who is a more reliable than the other tech been with the company for 18 years
3. Donna said she is going to forward my complaints to supervisor but if the supervisor doesn't respond the close at 6pm so call back
4. Donna said supervisor has many complaints to respond to and may not be reliable to make a return phone call addressing my concerns
5. I said i would have checked else where but was told by Tamaka Perez I got the last appointment at 2pm on Saturday.
6. Customer service answered the phone and looked at my order and was dumb founded and said they were transferring me to Tamaka Perez but just transferred me back to the que which went to voice mail.

7 i should get at least a $250 discount.
a. My service is no longer an emergency its on a regular work day
b. I had to go with no water for 3 days
c. I just had wrist surgery on Thursday
d. I had to walk next door with buckets to get water from the outside faucet so i could wash my face, brush my teeth, wash dishes, and flush toilet.

Monday- Conversation with Luis, Shamika (spelling) and Antonio from Home Depot

1. I told Luis that I wanted to file a complaint cause Delta Mechanical the company that partners with home depot to install water heaters did not show up for the appointment on Saturday.
2. Luis took the work order # and PO#, checked with Shamika in installations and told me i never made an appointment to have a water heater installed through home depot and said he could not help me. Basically calling me a liar
3. I asked for a supervisor cause i could not understand how home depot refers you to a company and them washes their hands if you have a bad experience.
4. i was transferred to Antonio who is not a SUPERVISOR who said all they could do is send a compliant to Delta Mechanical.
Antonio said I needed to deal with Delta Mechanical for any consideration.

Treg went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch. If you need a plumber, don't look any further. YOU FOUND THE RIGHT GUY RIGHT HERE.
