I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. Pretty horrendous day. We had the bathrooms and toilet leak water and a family emergency. We called another company who was going to charge us $200 weekend fee AND on top of that we would need to pay for repair. I called roto router and they said they could have someone by 6pm. The other guy hasn’t showed up so we went ahead with Roto Router. Anthony came with on an hour of calling. He was very kind and explained the process needed to clean the drains and the warranty that came with the job. He also provides us with additional information to follow up with the issue. Definitely using this service again!

Called on Wednesday, Jake showed up a few hours later gave me an estimate very reasonable. Showed up on time, the next day replaced my very old hot water heater in no time! Did a very clean professional job, I know because I was a welder,pipe fitter. Jake was courteous and a fine gentleman. Will recommend to all my friends
